This is excellent for breaking fascia without blowing out my thumbs in certain areas. It allows me to get deep enough with just the pressure of my palms. I know it’s for training for football catching (saw the video) but in fact most of the skillz products are ideal for fascia release. Better than lacrosse balls - especially that reaction ball. Amazing products!

Ordered them for my son. They are made for adults but we were able to make them work for him using zip ties. He says it's really helping with his finger tip catching technique.

These are very large. They did not fit my 12 and 10yo. If buying for a high school athlete these should fit great.

My son now has the best hands on the team with just a few months of use. For anyone serious about catching footballs, these are a must. They teach receivers not only to catch with your hands, but actually with your fingers and improve finger and hand strength. The best part is that is works automatically... no special instruction needed. It is very simple and foolproof... if you use them regularly, you WILL learn how to properly catch the ball.It is difficult to catch with them in the beginning and it is supposed to be. Stick with it, you'll get used to it, but most importantly, you don't have to catch every ball thrown to you with these on in order for you to develop the proper catching technique. It's the repetition and effort that makes the difference. Soft tosses to begin with then harder as the skill level improves. My son started when he was 12, so don't worry about size - one size works for all.

As a customer of sklz in the past, I saw these on sale and thought it would be a good purchase. I assumed they would be a bit bigger than they are, but when I use them I see why they are the size they are. The reason I picked 4 instead of 5 stars is because they are an unnecessary product for those who are looking to save money. I bought them when they were on sale, because I need to use my fingers more to catch, but anyone cause just look up drills to help fix that if they don’t want to spend the money for these.

Got these for my son who just turned 9 for Christmas. He has a hard time catching the ball and I thought they'd be a good purchase after reading the reviews. They are a little loose on his hands but he's pretty thin for his age. They'd fit the normal 9 year old I think my 11 year old tried them on and they fit him just fine. After only having them for a few days he's doing much better and I've noticed a definite improvement in his catching. He loves them and they do exactly what they say they do. I would purchase again they are definitely worth it!
