As a 38 year old fella I feel the affects of aging and decreasing testosterone. I've been taking beef liver capsules for well over a year now. I started taking these particular ones after I moved to the States and they're on par with the ones I was taking back home in NZ. I love that they source some of their beef from NZ, that's definitely a plus for me.Now, why do I take these and why do I struggle without them...First of all, I don't know exactly what's up with my body lately but after having my second child and going through some lifestyle changes, my energy levels have significantly plummeted and I started experiencing mood swings like never before, especially during that time of the month.I knew I needed some kind of supplement to support my energy levels because I just couldn't handle it anymore not being able to keep up with my baby and getting grumpy and snappy every other day due to that tiredness and my hormones being out of whack.I'm not a doctor or expert in any health field but after taking beef liver capsules my energy levels felt manageable for once and I wasn't having extreme mood swings anymore.Now don't get me wrong, this isn't a miracle supplement. I still get tired sometimes, I still deal with hormones BUT it's more manageable now.I notice the difference on days I forget to, or think I can go without these.If you have low energy like me and a good diet isn't cutting it, you need these.You take 6 capsules a day and that seems like a lot for some people. Yes the capsules are on the larger side too but I take them and I've forced myself to take them almost every morning because I know that these help me feel normal and the healthiest that I can possibly feel.If they don't work for you then I'm sorry, keep searching but I can testify that these capsules work well for me - a 31 year old mother of 2 (and a 3rd on the way).

This seems to be a good product. I have been feeling tired lately. Need to add more iron to my diet. I hate the smell of liver. Will not eat liver. So I am trying this as an alternative. I have noticed a slight difference. But it is not a magic bullet. Takes time to build up in your system. I have no issues swallow the pills. Don't even notice the taste.

This is our second bottle that we have gone through. It is large and had more capsules that other brands I found. Our whole family takes these supplements and we feel great! A lot more energy, improved mood, and quality checks all the boxes. The flip top lid is a game changer. It makes it very easy to have the kids get their own.

Wanted to get more vitamin A and read that beef liver was a good option. Haven't really noticed too many changes to my energy, mood or anything, but it's only been a few weeks. They make my burps taste gross. 🤢

Good price for a quality liver supplement. I can't say I feel a massive difference in my health but I did notice after a short time taking these that I was sleeping better, deeper and with more dreams. Was it this? Can't say for sure but I also have noticed more energy so I think all in all this supplement is actually doing something positive.
