Exceptional quality, blends well
Very pleased with the quality. I have found Ceylon has a pure flavor without a bitterness I have experienced with other cinnamon. It is almost a micro fine powder that mixes extremely well in baking and sauces. I am comfortable recommending and will certainly be a repeat client.

Light on the flavor but smells great
I use a lot of cinnamon powder for baking at home and this one specifically is quite mild and doesnt have as an intense cinnamon flavor as other ones that I have used in the past. I find myself needing to add a lot of this when baking, but it still didnt give me that kick that I was looking for. Quality is great and it smells amazing, but the flavor isnt as strong.
