This is a good quality product for the price. It mixes really well and has a good nutritional balance, it has a great taste too.

It takes a few sips to get used to the saltiness and artificial flavour but it does the job, I feel less thirsty after a workout and less achy and sore after drinking this.

After using another BCAA supplement that is no longer available, I found this one.Turns out it is better than my go to one.I got the Fruit Burst flavour and it's really nice.Amino Acid levels are good, better than my other one, plus it has added vitamin and minerals that my other one didn't include.1 scoop with 500ml water in a shaker bottle, dissolves pretty well, but I use it whilst training so am constantly shaking it anyway.Can't comment on its effectiveness as I've only started using it.Overall very pleased with it and will continue to get this one for the foreseeable future.

Keeping hydrated should be critical first and foremost. trying Applied Nutrition's fruit burst flavour, and I can honestly say it’s changed the way I view my workouts. My rest times are shorter which keeps my body fat burning state.Now the taste is truly lovely, like drinking fresh summer fruits during spring times .I was honestly taken back how refreshing the flavour is; I've tried a few workout drinks during my workouts, and some struggle due to it being sugar free. However applied nutrition smashed it with this flavour.
