Easy set up
This was my first experience setting up drip irrigation. I have a vegetable garden in large buckets and this works perfectly. I have it set to automatically water early in the morning. It was easy to set up and the timer has a good number of options. I feel like it was a great value for the money and very water efficient.

Great device!
We were going out of town for several weeks and I wanted to make sure the plants on our deck didn't shrivel up and die in the torchy sun here in Central Texas. My son recommended this device so I bought it and set it up. It was easy to install - I deployed it in less than an hour. Wasn't too sure how to set the timer and how much water flow was needed. I set it for watering twice a day, 5 minutes at a time. It worked! When we got home, our plants were thriving. A couple plants died from overwatering but the bulk of them did very well. Very reasonably priced with fast shipping.

Good product, great customer service
This system was relatively easy to setup. I had 18 pots on drippers. Six of the emitters did not work properly, they did not drip, just a steady stream of water. Their customer service got back to me quickly. Hugo suggested a couple of things to try, which I did. I still had several emitters that did not drip. Hugo then sent me a package of replacements with plenty of spares. All is good now, system works great for 3 weeks. I appreciate the prompt and positive response I got from customer service.

Great for potted lemon tree through Texas summer
I bought this for my 2 -year-old potted Meyer Lemon tree because I was going to out of town a few times during this past summer. It was trial and error to figure out how many spouts to attach to the little tubing as I wound it around and around the base of the tree in. Also had to test how frequently and how long to have it water the 16” pot. Finally settled on 5 minutes every 12 hours (had about 12 watering thingys on the tube). It worked great all summer. Tree is green and healthy with 15 fat lemons still turning from green to yellow. But a couple of weeks ago I noticed it was leaking from the faucet connection. I turned off the water, unscrewed and examined it. Couldn’t see any obvious problem, so cleaned threads on faucet and inside connector with a brush. The little filter-screen washer looked clean, but on a hunch, I removed it and put in a new plain rubber washer, and wrapped nylon plumber’s tape three time around the faucet threads. When it was reconnected, I used channel lock pliers to gently tighten it beyond hand-tightening. When I slowly turned the water back on —not full force, just enough to see the water bubbling out when I put it on manual. No more leak! Still working great, but I’ll have to remove the system for the winter, drain all the parts and put it away until next spring. The lemon tree comes inside on an enclosed porch where I have to watch the temperature all winter. It does freeze here in Central Texas! One more note: I have learned that the best way to store the lemons until I need one is to leave them on the tree indefinitely.

Plastic connecting adapters are flimsy.
The raindrip system works well, until the cheap plastic hose connection adapter snaps into. The website lists no identical replacement part. The outlet connection does not have standard garden hose threads, so that won;t work. I have contacted support to find a solution. If support comes though with a solution, I will increase my rating for sure.

Great Drip Irrigation Kit - Very Professional
Our container tomato plants seem to be very thirsty and knowing we would be going away for a few days, I needed to figure out how to keep them hydrated. I originally ordered a set that drew off a container filled with water, but when it arrived, just the packaging made me decide to return it (plain cardboard box). So, I decided on the RainDrip kit. Once it arrived, I was sold on the product even before installing it because of how professionally it was packaged. Plus, they have their own website. They have videos on installing and tips on using. The instruction manual was professionally done and was written in perfect English. Now, it was a warm sunny day when I installed it and by setting the tubing in the sun, it made it easy (with some effort) to get the elbows, tees and drips inserted into the tubing. I accidently inserted a wrong one into the tubing and when I tried to remove it, no way. At least it gave me confidence that these fittings would not leak or come apart.I found it very easy to install. Once I finished, I ran for a short time in manual mode with one of the drips going into a bucket to test output. As stated in the instructions, each drip dose provide 1/2 gallon per hour. Because my containers are large, I opted to place two drips in each one. Also, this kit comes with an Analog controller so there is no programming involved and it is as simple as changing the dials to select the frequency and length of each watering cycle.Absolutely would recommend this system. Even though I purchased for the times we were away, I will just let it run while home and make any necessary adjustments to maintain the correct amount of moisture in my tomato containers.
