The chair is tilted too far forward, I got washers and longer bolts to tilt further back. Bolts for rear rest don't like to go in straight but will. Rear rest bolts will strip very easily. 5 minutes or so to assemble. Not a great chair, 5 stars because it's good for $36. Higher quality then I expected but still no where near the same as a $300 chair

Some people may think this is strange, but I purchased these white chairs for our Dining Room Table. The reason is, if you go look at actual rolling Dining Room Chairs, they are very expensive compared to these. They are very roomy and comfortable. They have been very sturdy and have not put out a lot of noise. They recline very nicely making them a very functionable chair. I liked the fact, that these chairs were at a good price and had a decent color selection. 10 out of 10 Purchase.

It wasn’t hard to put together, but it wasn’t easy for just one person (a grandma 😆) to put together. I think it’s worth the price as far as comfort and durability. The last office chair I bought was the same price but not as good as this one. Another reviewer noted that it leans a little forward. Mine does that too but honestly, it could be something I did.

*UPDATE* BELOW 5 STARS!....I believe the overall quality of this chair proves to be very beneficial in terms for the price. The seat is soft and feels good, the back piece feels ergonomic and comfortable. I didn't have any issues assembling what I could.... More on that below...With that being said I did encounter a slight problem, I acquired this chair missing a leg to correctly assemble. I only have 4/5 legs for the chair. I contacted support at 8:30pm 4/19/25. I will edit my response accordingly detailing the process. Length of time to get back to me, possible solutions to my problems and overall professionallilty for my specific problem. Cheers.I sent a email to support for my problem at 8:31pm 4/19/25I got a response email at 8:45pm detailing great care about my problem and I was then told I will be getting an entirely new base leg set for my chair entirely for free and once they have a tracking # for my order I will be emailed immediately.Now I stand by this entirely, swift reply and my issue is corrected, mistakes happen and a quick resolution is the best case scenario. Chair came defective, but replacement parts were sent quickly. I feel as though nobody at the manufacturing company has ever assembled this chair. The bolts don't seat correctly, it is very difficult to line everything up, and it almost feels like there were no standards in place when the parts were manufactured. The nuts, inside of the chair, were completely different in the replacement piece than in the original. The bolts were not long enough for the replacement piece, so I had to use different ones. We shall see how this chair holds up to an 11 year old, but my hopes are not high.

Sooo easy to assemble. Excellent quality. Lightweight and sturdy and looks fabulous with my white walls. Price is affordable and it got delivered to my door. I highly recommend this beautiful chair!

I absolutely love this chair. It's really comfortable. A little tight around my thighs because I'm a big girl but not tight enough where it's uncomfortable. It was really easy to assemble. I do recommend.

Easy to assemble, and they're pretty light. Have been using this chair for a while and it's not a chair that I'll be using for a long while as feels a bit cheap and the screws seems to wiggle loose. Almost toppled back as on of the screws holding the back rest shot off - and yes, I had them in there very tight.For the price, these chairs are pretty good, but they're not super comfy. They do have a decent appearance and roll around without issue. If you're looking for something you're not going to use too often, these are great. If you're looking for a long term chair that you'll be putting a lot of mileage on, I would muster up the extra cash to get a better one, which I'll be doing in the near future.I accidentally bought two of these and went to return one, but the cost of shipping it back nearly equated to the cost of the chair itself. Just keep that in mind if you get this with the thought that you can return it if you're not content with it.
