a handy all-in-one package
Well built and includes everything you'd likely need to do a repair in the field, all in a compact and not-too-heavy package.

Great product that I hope I never have to use!
This is a well designed and engineered tire plug kit. I bought it so that I have one in my bike repair kit, and hope that I never have to use it! But it's light, nice aluminum design, and the color options are a nice touch. Worth the price if you are in the market....

great tool to repair mountain bike tire
I like the tool being compact and easy to carry when biking. It’s a bit pricier than other options because of the metal tube container I think.

Fantastic Little Trail-Side Tool
This is a great little tool to throw in your trail bag or your saddle bag! The build construction is a nice solid aluminium that is anodized to stand up to the ware on the trail. The two tools that are included are a fork instrument and sharp gnarled spike. These tools can be easily used to stab into the hole in your tire and patch it using the provided 1.5mm thick rubber repair strands. These patches are very tacky and when mixed with sealant do a great job in sealing a hole. One flaw I did find is that these patches can be a bit difficult to remove from the housing, with some practice and patience it is possible to do, however, the hope is that you wont need to use them! This is a great tool for anyone riding on tubeless tires!

A nice safety addition to your bike kit
This is one of those tools you should have, but never want to use. I have never had to use mine, so I cannot comment on if they work. I can say the container ins suitable small. Easy to store. And has what I think is needed to patch a tubeless tire.Pros:- nice color options for the canister- everything included within the container- easy to store within the frame of my TrekCons:- noneWould I recommend to others: YesWould I purchase again: Yes

Worked well after 2 years
I bought this when converting to tubeless over 2 years ago but only just had my first puncture that didn’t seal on its own. After 2 years in my saddle pack the kit was intact with strips still flexible and sticky, and one piece was enough to plug a hole that had been spurting sealant intermittently while riding. I’ve since ridden 30+ miles including rough roads, and the tire has held pressure without signs of leaking sealant. I would not hesitate to buy again if needed, but at this rate the one kit could last a long time.

Handy tool, but green color is weak.
I purchased what I thought was a strong green color. Instead, what I received was a very PALE green colored unit. The device is small and light weight. I weighed it at 0.80 grams. 4 1/8 inches long. The point of the puncture/reamer tool is EXTREMELY sharp. I filed down the point. Way too sharp. Could damage the rim tape if not careful.

Just a bit difficult ...
Nice product. Lightweight and rugged. Orange color should be easy to locate in my camelbak or if I drop it on trail. Had a little difficulty extracting the bacon bits (plugs) out of the case. Was able to do so eventually using the insertion tool. Might be a bit aggravating on the trail, but manageable.
