Saw this posted online in quite a few different forums( mainly on reddit) basically saying how great it was. Decided to read up on it, saw it was a pretty safe supplement so decided to give it a shot, and I have to say I am very impressed. After a few weeks I have noticed definite breast enlargement and increased firmness as well as sensitivity. Amazing bang for your buck

Great product, works as intended! Just takes a while with proper dieting and exercise.

Results were good. Breasts were bigger and firmer. However, I began to have irregular vaginal bleeding and stomachaches due to these pills, and the first month of taking them made me have crippling cramps when I barely have cramps normally. I honestly decided to flush the rest of the pills because I didnt want to affect my body any longer.

Update 11/15/2024: I've been using this for nearly 2 years and i can positively ave honestly say this actually works. Iused it for 6 months first off, then couldn't buy for 4 months got back on for 6 months and i was able to tell the difference from using the product compared to not having it. It does take roughly 2 weeks to ever your system and start feeling results about 1 month to see results. I religiously live this product.This is just an initial review. I have been using the Pueraria Mirifica for 2 weeks now and I am noticing extra fat storage or growth in my breasts. I am also using intermittent fasting for HGH activation and Multivitamin for more nutrients. for me the pill is super easy to swallow. But, for most the size can be intimidating making it hard to swallow which is why I gave it a 3 star for easy to swallow because I hear it every time I pull them out to take during lunch. OMG, how do you swallow those. I could never. HAHAHA. Easy for me. Flavor, they are flavorless so, that's awesome. The value; these are the best value I have seen online to help enhance breast growth using an all natural ingredient. I will retouch this review after each month as your body needs 90 days to fully adapt and change all cells. So, 90 days and the 180 day marks are best for true reviews and being able to see a change. If you like what I had to say so far. Check back next month and in 90 day and I'll do a 120 then the 180 day updates. ^_^Overall; I enjoy the price, the company has been really nice and the product shows no reason to dislike. Historically, Pueraria has been used for thousands of years and has its benefits for other aspects of the human body. Recent research shows is can attribute to estrogen level increases which in turn should help your body sustain fat levels, a balanced estrogen level which should in turn help with plumpness and fullness in the breasts, hips and buttocks. I'll keep trying and see my experience. ^_^

This is my first time using this and here’s some things I’ve noticed from my experiences.(may be different for others)- I found that I saw stronger results when taking 1 serving (2 capsules / 1000mg) on an empty stomach in the morning. I noticed by body absorbs it better and it’s more potent.I also didn’t feel any sense of bloat or constipation either.- Drinks a full glass of water AFTER taking this pill because it’ll absorb easier and help the body break it down better.- Day 2: Skin felt softer to the touch!- Around Day 3 is when I started feeling “Breast Tingling” and sensitivity.- Day 9: Hips and Butt packed on weight and my whole body feels soft. Bicep area is taking a small round even shape.- Day 14: Mild Stage 1 Gynecomastia haha- The pills do work but remember, PM is a phytoestrogen and not as potent as Estradiol so youll expect slower effects over time, milder changes. Some within a few days, others within a week depending on your body’s biology.Note:I kept a journal that I wrote on everyday with dosages and notice of changes. Do this and find what works best for you.It says to take it with food but for me, I didn’t need to and the effects were better. Symptoms were milder too.In conclusion, phytoestrogen is like a plant horizons and with any hormone, things take time to slowly change.Someone said the effects reverse when off the PM pills but I haven’t noticed anything yet.
