Let me put you on!
I recently tried a protein water with 15g of whey isolate protein per serving, and I have to say, I was impressed. First off, the smooth texture really stands out. Unlike some protein drinks that feel gritty or too thick, this one goes down easily—almost like a flavored water with a hint of creaminess. The 15g of protein from whey isolate is a solid amount for a drink, especially for those looking to support muscle recovery or get a quick protein boost on the go. Plus, with only 1g of sugar per serving, it's a pretty clean option compared to other protein drinks that pack in tons of sugar. What I particularly liked was that it contains all nine essential amino acids. It’s great for supporting muscle function and recovery without needing to worry about taking multiple supplements.I also tried mixing it into a shake, and it blended effortlessly. Whether you drink it straight or use it as part of a smoothie, it’s a versatile addition to your routine.Overall, if you’re looking for a protein drink that’s smooth, low-sugar, and packed with essential amino acids, this one is definitely worth considering!

Tastes awful! But full of protein!
I’m scared to taste it at this point. 5 different boys aged 11-14 tried it and they have all told me it’s nasty. To the point where one kid who will eat anything hardly took a sip from the red one. I was so impressed with finding an empty one, that I told my son! “See Cooper finished it!” Here I was thinking they hated it bc it was room temp and Cooper had one from the fridge… only for Cooper to walk in the next day to say “YO JAMIE THAT DRINK IS NASTYYYYYYY!” I said but you finished it. He said it was hard but he was thirsty. However that’s a protein drink for you. That’s why I didn’t knock it down lower than a 4. I wasn’t expecting Gatorade.

As an autoimmune patient, I've been drinking this for years
I work as an interpreter and translator during the day, a certified personal trainer and Hapkido instructor in the evenings and I was interpreting a nutritionist consult for a cancer patient when I learnt about this. The cancer patient didn't like Ensure and was not drinking it, I don't like milkshake proteins either and I've consumed other hydrolized protein such as IsoPure lemonade but I found the powder proteins gritty, unappetizing and most importantly, I have autoimmune thrombocytopenia (low platelets) and aspartame kills platelets which is contained in most protein powders. I've noticed the sweetener depends on the flavor, some use stevia, some use suclarose but either way, no aspartame. Protein is crucial for not only muscle but t-cell production which protects the body and is vital but as a size 2 woman, I struggle to down a lot of protein. I drink two of these a day, (1 energy one during my morning workout, 1 electrolyte one before my evening workout) and can't live without it. I give it out to maintenance people, delivery drivers and friends hoping that it will boost business because I need this company to last my lifetime.
