Good sound quality, with no noticeable distortion (have not tested at max volume--its right in my ear, I don't want it that loud, but have tested at around 75%), and battery life is better than advertised by most sets at twice the price. My only real issue: the option exists to use only one earbud at a time, but I have not been able to find a successful way of doing this that doesn't automatically pair both, then after a couple minutes of leaving one in the case, it then turns off. Attempt to turn it off manually result in turning off both. Is this a huge problem? No, just a minor inconvenience, and one I'm more than willing to put up with for the great quality-to-cost ratio on these.This is not my first earbud purchase from Nenrent (#3, in fact), and it is FAR from my first wireless earbud purchase. Why? I've been looking for a good, inexpensive, and (at least relatively) discreet means to listen to music. After trying multiple single-ear options (again, trying to be discreet, and continuing to hear on one side of my head was a big plus), I came across Nenrent's single bud (came in a "nude" color, as well as other options). LOVED it...until I accidentally left it in a pant pocket and it ended up in the wash...my oops. Looking to replace it, I noticed they had one with a charger case (convenient, and the added bulk of the case would make it more noticeable in my pocket, and less likely to be forgotten). Like it even better than the first. So, of course when I wanted to get an actual PAIR of earbuds, I went to Nenrent first. These are a different shape, and larger than their single buds but still secure and comfortable in the ear.It looks like Nenrent will continue to be my go-to for portable audio needs.

These are great except for the issue that they fall out at the slightest movement. If you can keep them from falling out, they sound great. I have lost one after one week and now the second wont sync. Not sure why.

These ear buds are excellent for the price! They stay in the ear better than Apple’s Air Pods! The sound quality is pretty good. The charging cable is a little tricky to attach to the case, but it’s OK once you get the hang of it.

poor construction cheap, thin plastic,not recomended, stay away. difficult to pair, poor quality, deserves negative stars waste of money broke after 2 days nno longer works save your money and time only one side will pair i never had both left and right sides connected. you get what you pay for there is a reason for the low price, this is junk after only 2 days i have a product that does not work, wasted my money and time, there are lots of products, go for another, these are very poor quality and will break, the dont fit well and are very uncomfortable.

They are a little bulkier than the S570+ model and there is no color to match my white skin, so it is noticeable and not a covert audio system that I was pursuing with the discontinued S570+. However, the sound quality assuages me that I can no longer clandestinely listen to the audio.

I wanted to love these earbuds, only reason I couldn’t is because the sound in the left earbud is REALLY LOW. I almost can’t hear. Otherwise, they’re great. Battery lasted me 5 hours while talking (yes, I talk a lot). So, they would’ve been great, had it not been for the left earbud.

I love the sound quality of the Nenrents. I have the s570 but have a difficult time keeping it in my ear. This S571 is much better! Also love having 2 of them. They were easy to pair with my phone and with each other. I'm sold!

I really enjoy these earbuds however after 3 months of usage they no longer work. How can I get in contact with the seller in order to take advantage of the 12 month warranty?
