High Quality Monitor for this price...
This is my first electronic blood pressure monitor, so I have nothing to compare it with, but I can say my first impressions have been very positive with this monitor. First off, I noticed the top quality, with a pictured label, barcodes and serial numbers…maybe I’m old fashioned, but a lot of products just don’t seem to speak quality anymore, so you know corners haven’t been cut when you see some of these aspects within a product. On top of that it came with very robust user’s manual, very detailed and easy to understand…with pictures even. A good user’s manual is another hard thing to come by nowadays when it comes to modern electronics. The unit itself has some weight to it, doesn’t feel flimsy…and the cuff feels of the same quality, I had no problem fitting over my arm, which is about 16”.I placed some batteries in the unit, followed the manual for placing the cuff and hit the “Start” button…it fired up and took my pressure just like at the doctor’s office, very simple to use. My blood pressure matched just about what I have been receiving at the doctor’s office, which passed the accuracy test for me. I then read the directions on setting up the device and activating the other features…everything seemed straight forward and easy to follow according to the user’s manual, so it should be manageable for less tech savvy users. Overall, I’m well pleased with this purchase…a quality device for this price range.Positives:• I do like the large digital display, very easy to read.• The dual power feature of USB power or battery for remote use• The one button push start for simple operation• A warranty is provided so you can try it risk free.• I didn’t need to contact customer support, but when I accessed their website to setup the warranty a customer service “chat” box opened immediately with an agent asking if I needed assistance, so I’m hoping there won’t be an issue if need to reach out for supportNegatives:• The cuff fit my arm @ 16”, but it may be too small for larger arms…the cuff says the max size is 15.7”• Care is needed when packing the unit in the proved storage case…make sure to place face up so the “Start” button is not pressed within the case or it will start up if you leave the batteries installed. The “Start” button is large and convenient for operating the unit, but it also makes it easy to push within the case…but shouldn’t be too much of an issue since it has a 30 second auto shutoff.

Great for home use and easy to use!
As someone who likes to keep track of my health status and nutrition, I thought I'd try out this blood pressure monitor. I was quite pleased with the quality of the monitor, and the cuff is made of nice nylon material. The monitor has a nice weight to it, and the LCD readout is nice and large. The cuff is well-sewn, and comfortable on the arm, with no irritating seams or edges. When the cuff tightens up to do it's reading, you feel the pressure, but there isn't anything sharp or pinching. I find the reading to be accurate, just like the machines in my doctor's office. I really appreciated the very good instruction booklet it comes with, there are specific instructions and directions to follow and it was also very well-written - something that doesn't always happen these days with overseas-made products. Overall, this is very well worth the cost, a very nice and accurate piece of equipment for under $30.

comfortable, quick, and easy
I received this product free in exchange for a review.First out of the box, this looks like your typical home blood pressure monitor. The cuff is exceptionally soft and easy to put on and take off.Make sure you read the instructions as to placement of the cuff. The manual is refreshingly well done, is fairly comprehensive, and uses good English!I have tried it on different adult and older children arms with varying circumferences and the reading has always been accurate as compared to our manual blood pressure cuff.It stores a number of your readings, but with more than 2 people using it, that feature can become quite confusing...this said, the date can be set and the unit stores 120 sets for 2 users (users A and B) which can be programmed and has to be selected before measuring for accurate record keeping. If you are a single user, no user needs to be selected. It will accept alkaline or rechargeable batteries and comes with a cable to connect to a wall adapter, which is not included. It has a DC6V/600 mA requirement, so your cell phone wall chargers won't work. I took 1/2 star off for the lack of the wall charger, which will take a while to procure with these specs.Although the unit is small and portable, I will use it mainly at home, because I'll need to be able to set it on a table while measuring. The second 1/2 star came off because I don't know how well this unit will last, although it comes with a 1 year warranty, which was upgraded to a 3 year warranty by email.

Easy to use, comfortable and accurate!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my dad with high blood pressure who needs to check his pressure often. I wanted it to be easy to use and easy to read, and this is both. It has a large display screen that is very simple to read. To operate, you press the start button--couldn't be much easier than that. I like that it has the option to plug it in or use batteries so it is extremely portable. It is comfortable and has instructions right on the cuff to make sure it's being done correctly. I also like that it has a memory of 8 previous readings.I'm happy with the product and it seems to be very accurate. I tested myself and am right where I usually am for blood pressure. All in all, this is a great product!
