Great product, poor customer service
Only giving this item a 4 star as it is a great product and does what it says they never informed me it came with the European plug, when emailed to questions this the reply was some come with UK some with European, Hello! I live in the UK so obviously I need UK plug but no there solution was for me to return it, a huge parcel which just fitted through my door it's not like I'm returning a book! So far the press is working well, 🤞

Change of mind!
No assembly instructions in English, no plug compatible with the UK. Bought adapter, fuse blew as soon as I plugged despite being the correct ampage. Currently in the box ready for return.Update - Used you tube to figure out how it works, and it's a very useful machine which is relatively easy to use. Would recommend watching the many videos on installation and how to use before even unpacking. Also buy a 2 to 3 pin plug adapter.

Good value for money
I gave it 4 stars because of the price. And for this money it is good. On the corners the mugpress is weaker. And maybe you have to set up the shirt press for a few celsiuse more because when it is pressed down looses some heat.
