Excellent!
Excellent quality product. Took my husband and I about 2 hours to put together. A few of the screw holes didn't seem to line up right, but with some muscle and patience everything worked out. Very solid and sturdy and looks great. And price was great compared to similar beds. Highly recommended!

Don’t buy the loft in This finish
Absolutely Horrible customer service. It’s been Two weeks and I’m still missing an entire box from this set as well as the hardware. The formaldehyde smell is so strong we can’t even go in my son’s room.

Very disappointed in this product
The quality of the wood is not good and the odor from the stain/finish is horrific. Took several months for the smell to calm down and still, a year later, it still wreaks of formaldehyde. Overall bad experience.
