Easy to set your code. I love simplicity of this cable lock and I chose the lime green which matched my ebike. This is just what I was looking for.

This lock is great for all ages. Very easy to use and to set up. Fits perfect under your seat and attached to the stem. You can put it anywhere tho.

Price can't be beat. I tried a very similar, less expensive (and NDakter is NOT EXPENSIVE) bike lock and it failed miserably in short order-locked shut. This is my 4th NDkater-(several bikes). Lock mechanism seems smooth & trustworthy. Cable is what you get-can be defeated by bolt cutter in a secluded setting. I live in a small town and don't need mega-security, just peace of mind hopping into a store. The bicycle clamp/holder fits conveniently under my dropper-seat post, and I ride without encumbrance. the tab attaching the lock to holder is plastic, and as above, can be broken off in an accident. The older lock (middle image) is still functional, but I really WANTED the attachment feature-so I bought another one. I guess that is an endorsement.

I would not recommend this lock for a bike that's worth more than $300 and certainly not for locking overnight in an urban area. This lock can be quickly and easily cut by a bike thief.I bought two, one each for my kids ages 9 and 6. They bike to the corner grocery store and to church. They wanted the peace of mind that their bikes will still be outside when they come out. And I wanted a combination so that there would be no chance of them losing the key. They love the color options. The locks are easy to use. I like that they come with a mount. (However, kids' bikes don't have a lot of great locations for mounting these.)They're not that long--just enough to get around a small tree, which is fine.Overall, it's a good price for piece of mind for kids' bikes at a grocery store. If your bike is more expensive, if you're locking overnight, or if the neighborhood has thieves, I would suggest something beefier.

After 5 wonderful weeks of security, this lock decides to never open up to me again. Everything was going great, really. It did it’s thing it was meant to do- lock my bike. Make sure any pesky thieves in downtown won’t try to make morally questionable decisions. But alas, when I thought things were going as well as they could, two days ago, this lock that has treated me oh so well decides that no more. Now I would have accepted this sudden break if it hadn’t want to lock onto my own bike to a city public stop. With no one nearby with a wire cutter, I simply had to leave. Luckily either the lock decided to do a wondrous job of keeping my bike secure or the dwellers decided to make better choices about stealing. Either way, my bike is still here, still locked. You would think, maybe you forgot your combination? You see, I’m a simple, naive gal who puts her birthday as the combo, and although the true day of my eventful birth is something I have no memory of, certainly the date is something I’ve gotten accustomed to. And it’s something that I thought that this lock will remember and cherish well. However, as I go to put in my combination, the lock doesn’t open. After a few attempts, I wonder to myself, are you sure this is the combo? My friends even question my memory, and the last 5 weeks of happy go-riding with this lock become a blur. So many attempts go by, and the jiggle and the pull grow tiring, and somehow I get to the thought, “Is this my fault? Did I ruin this beautiful relationship by the slip of a code or a accidental reset?” Alas I log onto Amazon.com to review the lock and see similar reviews of people’s locks suddenly stop working and discover the validation I never knew I had. This isn’t my fault, but the fault of the lock. The fault of the manufacture. The fault of Mr. Bezos. Sir, if you see this, I want my $12 back. And the extra therapy money for the healing of this secure to sudden end of a relationship with this product.

These are very unique bike locks. It's been forever since I've bought a bike lock but had to buy one for my child. These are super cool because it comes with a key and also you can use the combination. Follow the instructions and it's super easy to use. Helps keeps my child's bike safe while they are at different activities. It seems super versatile and is lightweight as well.
