Recommended food item, including for "prepping." I can even re-use the jars.

Taste is good. But one issue I have . The black charred skin . There is alot where you can't scrape it off , so you lose the ability to eat it. If you don't mind that, then I would buy this.

Peppers are great but Amazon is not able to ship glass as they insist on shipping heavy items with inadequate packing.What a mess! Amazon says these are not returnable.
