I've tried many different brands of fiber and this is the one I've found the best to mix with my beverage, no taste, no smell and it does the job. It's not cheap but necessary and easy to use.

This is a nice fiber powder as you can put it in anything (like coffee) and it dissolves completely and is near flavorless. It seems to help in digestion and is definitely a good solution.The big downside is you kind of have to use a lot of it which is a pain if you're trying to use it 2 or 3 times a day to spread things out. I am reverting back to psyllium based fiber powder as two teaspoons of that and you SEE results (TMI?) psyllium husk doesn't dissolve very well and you have to chug it before it turns to glue, but when you're needing fiber, you don't want to mess around with adding a ton of powder to your drinks throughout the day

I have to have this because I have a medical condition (repeated bouts of Diverticulitits). This stuff is awesome. It’s natural ingredients and even has prebiotics. One could put it in any drink. It dissolves immediately and you never know it’s there.
