NESCO DF-25, Deep Fryer, Stainless Steel, 2.5 liter, 1600 watts

I love this deep fryer. This is my first deep fryer, but I've had it for about a year now, and can't think of anything I'd change about it. The exterior stays cool enough to not be hazardous and the temperature seems to regulate itself well. Good adjustability on the temperature range, and doesn't take too long to get up to temp. I've been using this a lot to make our own french fries and it's worked very well. Clean-up is relatively easy since everything comes apart and the heating element detaches.

Received the smaller one and the 1.2 L advertised is not USABLE SPACE. Because of the insert basket youcan get very little in. Grab a handful of tater tots,,,that will be all you can fit.

No lid like big daddy to keep oil. You have to take oil out each time and put in fridge. Unless it didn’t tell me different. I do like the wire is actually in the oil very messy to clean each time.

This is a great little fryer. It’s easy to use and easy to store. The lid keeps the grease vapors from stinking up the house. This was definitely a good buy for the money

The handle keeps falling off which can be a problem with the hot grease but cooks great! Can fit about 10 wings in it!

Everything it fries turkey fish chicken to perfection and is great for steaming seafood

I was excited to receive this item. Nesco has always been a standard in our family. So when I saw that Nesco has a deep fryer I couldn’t wait to use it. Used it 2 time and it worked great. Plugged it in to use it the 3rd time. Dead! Nothing! No lights, no heat! Very disappointed!

The media could not be loaded.  The product was working great, until not even a year old and the wires inside started to overheat and melt the plastic in which were installed to cover the wires. This is a fire hazard and I can no longer use it.

J'étais sceptique à cause de la marque que je ne connaissais pas mais détrompez-vous. Elle fait de belles frites dorées et la cuisson est très rapide. Le panier est d'une bonne grandeur et elle se lave facilement. Je la recommande sans aucun doute et la livraison est rapide. Si elle viens à briser j'en recommande une pareille.
