Surprisingly good!!
Great product. I have 1 on normal days and 1.5/2 on heavy training days and it's really improved my sleep quality and recovery

Interesting flavour, no difference to sleep

Great for holidays
Brilliant for a good nights sleep. We used these on holiday after a night of drinking and heat and they really helped us to get to sleep and not feel hungover the next day
