This far surpassed expectations. It’s useable as manually or it has auto settings for rocket, circle and follow. So easy to land as it returns to the hand. It doesn’t require a battery charger as the lead plugs in directly to the unit. But it’s handy to have extra batteries and a charger to swap over. The flight times around 15 mins but that will vary on wind conditions. If it’s much more than a gentle breeze it struggles to take off or hold position as it’s so small but that’s to be expected. It’s brilliant to carry out on a hike as so lightweight. Good fun and does good quality videos. Usable with phone as controller or a dedicated controller is available seperatly which also lengthens the distance it can travel.

Everything just works.Bottom line: If you’re on the fence about upgrading or getting your first drone, don’t hesitate—get the DJI Neo. It’s worth every penny.

Probably the best value for money camera drone on the market.This drone is perfect for beginners since it does not require a remote or even a mobile app for the majority of its functions.It is very forgiving when it comes to flying and the sensors/camera AI has impressive obstacle detection.The video quality is brilliant at 4k 30fps, though it must be said that in order to access the footage, you need to use the mobile app, which is far from perfect. Connecting your mobile device to the drone is not very consistent, and the app is full of unnecessary pages which confuse the user.Brilliant piece of kit, it's a shame the app is rough around the edges.

Apparently these lil things can fly on their own, film you, do movie 'selfies' and loads of other things. I buy my toys to have fun though, so I fly it full FPV mode. Goggles, DJI controller and so.Doesn't really like winds over 8-ish mph but it is just a baby Drone. Also, if it gets too hairy, it does have a few (one button) save it kinda modes.Full manual, it's a little under powered (expected) but it will do 35-ish mph in full manual mode.The range of both the signal and the video is phenomenal for a drone this size. Great bit of kit, does enough to get ya in trouble if you mess it up and I chase birds with it.Great fun!!

Good deal as I got the combo on a warehouse deal, The drone does exactly what is advertised by DJI , Follow me function is great and easy to set up , Battery life a bit short around 12-15 minutes in windy conditions, So would recommend extra batteries or the combo deal if possible, Good steady footage even in windy conditions, Woud definitely buy again if needed .

Review of DJI Drone ExperienceI recently purchased a DJI drone, but unfortunately, my experience has been impacted by an issue with the DJI Fly app. My phone, an Oppo Reno 12F with Android version 14, was unable to install the app, and I received the error message: "This app was built for an older version of Android and doesn’t include the latest privacy protections."The app is essential for the operation of the drone, and without it, I am unable to fully utilize the product. I followed the guidelines in the instructions provided by DJI, which state that the app is compatible with Android version 7 or newer. Since my phone runs Android 14, I expected the installation to work smoothly. To troubleshoot, I also tested the app on two other compatible devices— a Samsung S21 Plus and an Oppo Reno 10 Pro—both of which are listed in the manual. Unfortunately, I encountered the same error message on all three phones.After spending over 7.5 hours trying to resolve the issue, I contacted Amazon customer support. While they made an effort to assist me, they were unable to resolve the issue and suggested I return the drone. I find this resolution unsatisfactory, as I had high expectations for the product.DJI drones have a strong reputation in the industry, and I was recommended to try this product. I was even considering purchasing the DJI Mini 4 Pro Combo after using the DJI Neo as a test. However, my experience with this particular model has been disappointing, which has caused me to reconsider my future purchases.I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this app compatibility issue or advice on how to proceed with a return.Sincerely,Gulnawaz
