Helped muscle pain
Great for muscle pain but didn't help my migraines at all. Unfortunately the strong smell made my migraine worse so cannot use for that reason. Tried it on my neck when I had a stiff neck and it felt like a heat pack so would recommend for muscle use but not headaches
