We purchased this because we host a lot, and in our culture is customary to have either tea or coffee after a meal. This is perfect for large gatherings and takes the work out of actually having to prepare individual hot beverages for each person.Now they can serve themselves!

We bought this for our small event venue and are very happy with it. We have only used for hot beverages but it has kept coffee hot for 5-6 hours. I love that you can send the temp and it seems to be pretty accurate.

The unit holds about 2 gallons of hot beverage and is easily cleaned. Having the external thermostat showing people the temperature is also helpful.

It keeps liquid heat very well, but if you move the dispenser the lid has NO SEAL to keep any sloshing of the liquid from 'drooling' over and down the side. The 'Handle' on the dispenser is for carrying it [presumably when full] from a kitchen to another location, BUT if the dispenser is "full" [@ capacity of 2.4 gal] it will spill. For practical purposes, the capacity should be 2 gal, so as to keep liquid contents from spilling.

I got this for a tea party for my daughter. I heated a few pots of water to boiling and poured them in. We then drove half an hour away to the venue of the tea party. The water was still hot for tea time

I’m disappointed with this purchase. It does not hold hot coffee for 12hrs like advertised. It gets cold fast. It only holds heat for less than 2hrs. It’s overall a bad product. If you are looking for a thermal that holds hot beverages for a long time this product is not it.
