I got this belt for me, an adult, and it fits just enough. I wear a 34 waist pants and this belt goes around my waist just enough to latch it. Not sure what the difference is between adult 34 and kids 34, but it does fit me, with no room to spare.

For Halloween my son was Sweet Tooth from the Netflix show. He was adorable, but the character wears what appears to be a car's broken safety harness around his waist as a belt. If the price is in the $10 range it meets costume quality. Would not recommend for everyday use.
