I am impressed. 100% best smart purchase for a smart device in a long long time.
Only one dislike. I used a friend's sizing kit and the corresponding ring was not the right fit. So there is a discrepancy. So I had to exchange it. From that point on, the best ever. I had an oura ring for a week and returned it to Oura. It was so uncomfortable to wear, I'd rather sleep with my Samsung Galaxy watch. Also the information given wasn't relatable enough for me to draw conclusions. As for the UH air..... It's great. Super comfy, the info is great and I am more.motivated than I have ever been to change patterns to improve my life. I started changing my sleeping habits, my caffeine intake ( the delay after awakening), pushed myself to change habits to increase my HRV pushed myself to do more sports..... All this in barely a week. Neither The smart watch nor the Oura ring got me there. I can only recommend this to anyone that's conscious of the impact of all these values on the quality of their life. So 100% value for money, sleek, comfortable and the app has great insights and is userfriendly. Of course, the fact that you don't have to pay a subscription is the icing on the cake. Kudos to Ultrahuman. And thank you. 🙏🏻

So far so good!
So far I have loved my ring! I’ve had it for about a week now, and the insights it gives me are great. I love how comfortable it is on my finger, allowing me to accurately track everything all day and night. I really enjoy the accurate step counts and the sleep score! Battery life is decent, I usually wear it for 2-3 days and then give it a little charge reboost. Sometimes I’ll just charge it when I get into the shower and it charges quite a bit for that 10 minutes. Still figured out a lot of the other features, but overall I prefer this to my garmin watch (especially for no summer tan lines and overall just more comfortable while tracking similar things!)I do wish the gold was a more authentic gold, but I’m sure that would hike up the price even more. I ordered a size 8 for reference and put it on my middle finger right hand. It fit on my index finger right hand, however it was a little too tight for my liking, so I felt the middle finger was perfect and this was confirmed after having very snug fits after waking up and also during workout!Overall great value for the money, love the no required subscription too!

Needs a few bugs worked out. Support is super tho!
I linked the phone (brand new) to my new Ultrahuman Air Ring Feb 28. It was fine - I felt like I was learning to process the numbers it was spitting out. Fast forward to March 7, there have been two updates already from Ultrahuman in the past week, and now it's sluggish connecting to the app. The data doesn't pop up unless I close the app several times and re-start the app on my phone. March 9, I try to pull up the app, and it won't load at all. Sunday, after charging ring from 70% to 100% it opens the app just fine, but my steps don't match what I had seen before on the previous three days. Numbers went down on Friday's steps, by 1000 steps. Numbers went up on Saturday's steps, by 1000. That's weird, but I shrugged it off. Later in the day (an hour later), the app won't open. I turn off the phone, board my flight, and restart the phone on the other end of the journey. The app reports a ridiculously low number of steps for slogging through two airports. (1,039 steps?) Later in the day, I try to open the app and again, it won't open. The next day is Monday. I try to open the app after my workout, but it won't load. I restart the phone. No app. I sync the app/ring. I hit the soft reset. After restarting the phone for the 3rd time, and several more sync attempts and soft reset's, I finally hit the "Set up New Ring" to disconnect and reconnect to the ring. Then I restart my phone. Getting more data now - but the app still thinks it's Sunday and not Monday. The step count for the last 5 days is jumping around by 1000 steps - give or take from any particular day. I've reached out to Support twice now, but they're on India Time Zone, so they're sleeping, and I'm frustrated after wasting half my day trying to get my new-ish ring to work properly. When this app syncs up to the Ring, it's great. Still don't know what half the numbers mean, but you get a lot of data, and a lot of cute advice; "Hey, you might want to think about recharging today with light activity, your sleep numbers are low." (Yes, I was sleep deprived, so it was very accurate). I've asked Support if I have a defective ring how I go about getting it replaced. When it works, I'd be happy to give it five stars, unfortunately, it's having electronic Alzheimer's, and I'm annoyed enough that I give it no stars.UPDATE:The update that was eventually sent out 24 hours after Support said it was already updated, finally made the Ring and App realize what day it actually was. The numbers didn't correct themselves back the original step counts, but hey, 1,000 steps off is no big deal, right? Now, I still don't have any interaction with the "How are you feeling" section of the app - not sure it I'm supposed to be able to select one of the three choices, but why ask if it won't let me answer?I still don't understand some of the numbers that pop up for some of the other sections, but that's probably my fault and I need to google something to find out more (the app doesn't offer any insights). So, I'm upgrading from no stars to 3 stars. I deduct two stars because I have to do research outside of the app to figure out what the numbers mean on these sections that make no sense. Plus, there's no way to get rid of the ads. The one that says, "Refer a friend", and "Ring Store" - if I wanted a t-shirt I'd get one, but I don't need to see that on the first page of my app every single time I open the darn thing. Ditto with "refer a friend". Bury that stuff deeper in the app, please. Ugh.The ring is comfy, and it's easy to pop it on the charger while I shower, so it stays around 70-80% charged. Also, it doesn't look too terrible next to my wedding rings, (I got the silver tone).UPDATE #2;Turns out it's not intuitive to hit the tiny dot and drag it for the "How are you feeling" section, but when you do that, it works as intended. I tried tapping the dot I wanted to select, not drag it from it's current position to a new one. Silly me. (So, not intuitive? Or can I blame being an old lady?) There's been another update, and a few things look a little different ... and I'm learning how to drill down and get more information than before, so ever so slowly, I'm figuring this Ring app out. The workout stuff I'd prefer to see on the first page instead of buried deeper in the app, and in my tiny little opinion, I'd like to see a workout that specified "Treadmill" and "Weight Lifting", instead of the closest thing of "cross training" which I don't think my workout qualifies as cross training. I still want the ads to go away. Very annoying. Which is why it's been upgraded to four stars but not five. I'm sure a six year old would have been able to navigate this thing like a champ. As someone who grew up with a rotary dial phone, this app is not easy to navigate, or "just know" how to drill down, or flip, or slide, or drag, in all the different sections to get more info. It'd be nice if it was the same "drill/drag/slide/fling/tap" action to get more info in all of the sections instead of some secret "ABAB-left-right-up-down-up-down-ABAB-start" code that only an 11 year old can memorize .... Oh, what? Me being an old lady again? Oops. I'm trying to be cool with my "Ring Air", but I think the gray hair is throwing off the vibe.Bottom line? After almost a month of exploring the Ring, I find that I need to toss the Ring on the charger every other morning while I shower to keep it around 70-80% charged. If it drops to 30% you get warning notices (nice - I appreciate that). It's not too bulky on my finger. I wear it at the gym, but I use fingerless gloves, which protects it from getting scratched up by the knurling on the bars. I wear it in the shower and while hand washing dishes. I probably won't wear it scuba diving since they say to avoid more than 30 minutes submerged, and my dives usually last almost an hour. Support through the app has been amazingly helpful - they've been responsive, and then followed up later to make sure all is okay. Very impressive! I continue to explore the app and try to learn how to navigate the different sections correctly and fully - a lot of drilling down menus I'm discovering. I chose this Ring over the Oura because it didn't require a subscription, and it was the slimmest profile. Now I'm impressed by the support team - they were VERY helpful! And my learning curve which is glacial, is feeling pretty speedy in this scenario. At this point, I can highly recommend the Ring.UPDATE #3: (April 2024) After roughly 2 months, I've realized that my battery hits 15% in about a day and a half. I try to toss it on the charger every morning while I shower to keep it around 80 - 100% to start the day. The ring rapidly loses 20% before lunch, and after 24 hours, it's at 50%. The battery does not last a week as advertised. I lose almost 50% every day, so it's best to charge it daily. This is annoying when the advertised batterylife is almost a week, but, *shrug* what can you do? The other issue is that I do a "soft reset" often. Sometimes several times in a row because the app says "Ring not found". So I hit the 'soft reset' and then 'restart' the cell phone, too. It often takes several attempts before the ring is "found" by the app. A bit frustrating, yes. After it's connected, then I get all of my data = sleep scores and steps just fine.Update May 1, 2024. It's been roughly 65 days since I started using my ring. Yesterday, I charged the ring overnight, so it was a solid 100% in the morning. I put it on at 5:45am for my workout. At 4pm the ring was down to 2%! It's useless to have a fitness app that I have to charge twice a day! Bottom line? I may have a faulty ring, and I'm working with 'Support' to try and figure out a solution. We're at a one-star level until we get this resolved. Support told me to sync the ring, (Profile icon lower right, settings wheel upper right, "sync" - got error message, tried again and it seems to have worked). Then do a factory reset - again, it had trouble finding the ring when it started up. Then wear it normally. Within the first minute the battery dropped from 100% to 95%. by 7:30pm it had steadily dropped to 9%. Support responded and asked me for my contact info so they can replace the ring. That's awesome! I'm changing my stars back to 4 (we'll push it to 5 after the new ring arrives and behaves).

The Lord of the Rings!
I love this ring. The app that comes with it provides detailed insights into wellness and fitness. It is also free, as in no subscription. I have used other fitness trackers, and this one goes above and beyond them all. I especially like Ultrahuman's attention to the importance of light in our lives and how it impacts sleep. In addition their suggestions about when using stimulants like caffeine can be beneficial, and when they won't is useful. There's lots of info about improving cardio fitness and sleep. The app is practical, easy to navigate and backed up by science. Thank you!

Good sizing kit for the Ultrahuman Ring
Accurate sizing kit, but a little sharp around the edges. Uncomfortable when testing overnight.

Not bad at all!
The ring has been working good so far. One thing I have found that's a little annoying is that it only measures distance in kilometers. It doesn't give you an option for miles. Also, I have noticed every once in a while it will tell me that it has detected a nap, and instead I was on the couch watching TV. Not sure why. It has some kinks to work out, but I have still enjoyed wearing the ring and look forward to any updates to the ring. I can say the company is really good at pushed their updates.
