i am very difficult to prescribe for, but these again came to the rescue. thank you so very much for these as they work so well, i only need one each time. amazing and no marks like old band-aids

I usually use the Be You patches which I have no problems with. As I had a small amount of money, I could only afford these and so purchased them with the thought that it would be fine. I wore one patch overnight, not exceeding the 12 hour guidance, and had blisters and marks all over the area and underneath where the patch was. I pick up infections quite easily, so now I’m concerned I will develop one due to this. I wish I’d looked at reviews before buying, but if you’re reading this and usually go for the Be You patches, do yourself a favour and get the Be You patches. These have caused me more harm than good.

It does the job, they the slightly cheaper version of the blue packs I used to get but still works and helps with my cramps, especially at night. Seems to be ok for my skin as some other people do tend to experience rash or irritation but luckily been ok for me! Just a case of test and trial really.

I bought these as similar to another shops item. It does give some pain relief but not totally. I found it irritated my skin more then relieved the pain unfortunately.

Used these for my last two periods and they've been a game changer! My period pain is now minimal. Easy to apply and stay in place for as long as I need them. I'm recommending them to all my friends.

Good product, easy to use, very effective and they help ease the pain in a great level. The heat that the patches give is comforting and on top of everything, you get them at a very good price.
