Quality
Only 54.5 cocoa solids but nevertheless still good quality and taste good in recipes… and for nibbling !! But not cheap

Use them to make a really tasty, smooth hot chocolate drink!!
I have a hot chocolate machine which the manufactures recommend using only flakes or powder. As I had run out of my last sachet of flakes, I thought I would try these (even though they are not advertised for using in machines). I was really impressed with how well the machine handled the drops (just as well as flakes or powder) All the chips completely melted into the milk and I ended up with a really tasty, smooth hot chocolate. As this is the first time using the chips in my chocolate machine, I am not able to say if this will damage the machine over time, but I am more than happy to take that risk as they were so tasty (I am not advocating this for others, this is just how I used them and the risk I am happy to take with my machine!). I would certainly recommend these for anyone looking for good quality chips for making a quality hot chocolate drink in a pan or the microwave.
