If you are using a TENS for low back therapy - buy the belt. It will save your skin and definitely aggravation!
First off, it works. Buying online, I was a bit concerned. But it works fine. I've used a TENS device before by prescription and I had to apply the electrodes. Which was a pain in the arse if you have to do it yourself...think contortionist...MUCH easier to just put on the belt (using a bit of the electrode get). This device delivers very gentle to a bit more deep therapy. I have severe low back pain, L4 and L5. Given my experience some years ago using a TENS and electrode placement--I decided this device was an absolute necessity to go along with my new TENS device. There's no way you want to have to apply the electrodes every time you have to treat your back. This is easy-peasy. Just remember to use the electrode gel and give yourself a chance to get used to wearing the belt. First out of the gate it will seem a bit awkward to place it just right. Experiment--and get some great relief. I have also used this when out on a long hike (7+ miles) - I knew I would get sore so I brought it along. Rather than taking the meds to get through the rest of the hike, I used this. Very pleased.

THERAPY BENEFITS
I use TENS EMS for muscle stimulation due to weakness from a stroke. I have not been able to move my core, legs or feet for over a year. Since receiving the iReliev TENS EMS last week, I have placed the product in various positions and have noticed increasing movement and a "feeling" of a "workout" in my muscles. In addition to my regular therapy, my iReliev TENS EMS gives an extra "kick" when initiating movement. It helps to "reconnect" brain to muscle communication, in my opinion. I went to the gym for years. I never really knew if my efforts were paying off. I now know that ANY exercise has a positive effect. The iReliev TENS EMS is a great addition to any exercise program, in my opinion.

At first one side would not work. I called customer service - rep was great and explained it was likely due to the pads not connecting enough with my skin. I used more gel and adjusted it and he was right. Gave 4 stars because I like the self stick pads better and can put them where they help most. I will use the belt at work since it’s easier to wear all day. Great products!

Works Good!
Belt works as promised! I wish the belt in front was wider because edges of the Velcro over-lay irritate the bare skin on both sides. I solved problem by cutting off 1/2 inch of over-lay Velcro. I like the four (4) point contacts better then the last belt which only had two (2) contact points.

An excellent choice
I got this to solve, the problem of my TEMS unit pads wadding up because I am using it on my lower back, right at the belt line. I am new to this unit but I hit it out of the park first time out. This holds the pads right in place with almost no problems ( every once in a while I get a little shock but not very often. This belt hooks up to my TEMS 2000 immediately without any other adapters. Of course I’m down to 145 pounds now so my back is straight up and down. I’m sure that helps.

Works great with TENS 7000 unit, comes with gel
After exactly 1 use, I love it already. I just got it, put a little conductive gel on the electrodes (yes, a 2 oz tube of gel comes with the unit), connected it to my TENS 7000 unit, strapped it on, and away I went. It worked perfectly, and the electrodes are positioned properly. I had been trying to put the individual electrodes on my lower back myself, but that proved very difficult. The Back Belt Wrap puts the built-in electrodes in the same position every time. I will give a more in-depth review after using it for awhile, but wanted to get this up right away.

works, but not really well
Wasn't worth what I spent. you certainly need the gel on this. However, since you can't clean the darn thing.. I'm not using the gel. Now, I have to stuff something behind me which is uncomfortable. Otherwise, the contacts shock the poo poo out of me often. This isn't really made for the back as it's supposed to be. Most backs have indentations along the spine unless you're skinny as a rail. This means your back is an inverted shape for this belt.

Tens belt
Works great when I wore it and could get the right amount of gel on that's the key right there the only think I didn't like is the wires and I emailed the company about those as I have bought from them before I think they need to be longer and possibly a pocket to attach to it for your device
