I have not been a huge fan of supplements in the past, but this product...wow..I found that my level of energy (I'm a fit woman of 70) improved after about 30 days of using this supplement. And I believe it has helped (along with supplementing with even more IU's of vitamin D3) that my joint and digestive issues have been helped as well. Dr. Berg is a well known blogger and adviser of good health practices. Can't hurt to try this, and you may be as pleased as I am!

This vitamin D supplement has changed my life! I have a full night of quality sleep almost every night every little area of my body has improved it has cleared my face up. Guys we are lacking in vitamin D in our body nowadays and Dr Berg's supplements are the way to go they're all natural and he is very transparent with his ingredients in all of his products. This is the third jar , I started taking high doses of vitamin D3 after hearing is advise in YouTube .After one month my uterine fribroids symptoms are gone .They might be shrinking or who knows, I was going crazy with my symptoms of pelvic pressure and constipation.I have 2 large fibroids.Doctors wanted to perform hysterectomy or embolization and I I decided to take the holistic route to give a try .I found dr berg on YouTube .And honestly my symptoms are gone . I don't necessarily follow Dr. Berg but I've found some of his videos interesting and there's a lot of anecdotal evidence out there but use your own judgement. This product 100% works though. For more than 5 years I've been chasing my mediocre vitamin D levels. This is the ONLY change I made, adding this supplement daily. My vitamin D level went from 57.7 to 86.8 in 6 months. Amazing. This is a keeper.

I do my best through what I eat and exercise, but we all know that it's difficult to get all the nutrients we need from food alone.Vitamin D is so important for our bodies. So I figured that his supplements would be of higher quality.I love how there's no fillers or nasty ingredients in this. I also love how it's a two in one, D3+K2...because if ya know, K2 is a MUST when taking vit D!These pills are easy to swallow, in my opinion. No aftertaste. Came sealed. Love this product will be buying it over and over. It was recommended by my doctor when my blood work came back with low vitamin D. She recommended this specific kind. I thought I was just getting old turns out the low vitamin D was affecting my energy level. I feel the best I've felt in over a year.

I bought this product on recommendations from my surgeon along with the magnesium seven for bone healing in my recovery time I feel was shortened by taking this in magnesium 2 weeks before my surgery and still taking it to this day
