I called the MFG to see how to open to clean the heads 1 year old unit. It's not metal all glued plastic n plastic tabs. I have a whole house reverse osmosis in a new home after the system had been flushed upon installation there must have been some debris in the system and it blocked a few of the rubber nozzles. The unit is basically a throw away for a lot of money. The MFG replaced still under warranty. Looks pretty but cheaply made. Really Moen

I recently purchased the Nebia by Moen Quattro Handshower and overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase. One of the standout features of this handshower is its ability to use significantly less water than traditional handshowers. This is great for being environmentally conscious and also saving on my water bill. However, I did find that the flow of water may not be enough for some individuals. Additionally, the handshower is a bit more expensive than many alternatives on the market, but in my opinion, the water savings and sleek design make it worth the investment.

If you’ve ever wandered what it would be like to take a shower under a waterfall, this is your chance…Amazing and innovative product in every way. Highly recommend. Didn’t want to get out of the shower first time I tried it.

The water is broken up into such small droplets that as it moves away from the shower head that it gets cold fast. When you put the shower head close to you, it is warm, and then the water is cold when it is sitting on its base and reaching you from a further distance. The mist settings don't really feel like they are getting you clean. More like a mister at an amusement park. These settings don't feel strong enough to actually wash the soap away.

It looks great & it has really good pressure.It feels spa like- I love the magnetic mount.

installed this on my shower which normally gives me low pressure. From videos it looks impressive, well not impressed. This seemed to give me even less pressure and felt like forever just rinsing off soap. had high hopes for this as looked cool and simple to use/install

This has water spots allOver it and the hose was dented. I ordered a new one. Not cool

I went from a 1.75 GPM to this 1.2-1.5 GPM showerhead and it feels like the same or more water depending on the setting. With 4 very different modes, there is bound to be a setting that works for everyone. The 6-foot hose and magnetic mount are awesome...enough length to wash my dog easily and very easy to remove/install the showerhead on the mount. Aside from these functional benefits, the simplicity is also very nice...no 3-way valves to adjust, no rigid holster for the showerhead handle, the design language is also very minimal/modern and it comes in most finishes. I purchased two of them directly from Nebia's website as it was cheaper that way at the time of purchase.

Great product if you're looking for a strong mist shower. Not my kind of shower since I like more power behind the water coming out. Very spa-like if you like taking your time in the shower.
