I live in a county that has “very hard water” according to google and I also use a Brita filter for all my water. I have a 32oz metal water bottle and I put the recommended amount of drops for a 32oz cup per the directions annd this product is AMAZING. I can’t taste a difference whatsoever. I’ve read some reviews on how they can tell it’s different but I genuinely can’t. I really can not stand artificially or naturally flavored powders, mix ins etc. I only ever drink water and an iced Chai from Starbucks so I can really tell when something is off. I thought I was going crazy so I tried a single drop of this stuff by itself and it tasted like the freaking ocean! So I know I’m not crazy, because the drop by itself packs a punch. This is only day one of me using it but I really like it!

This is a fantastic electrolyte solution! Putting it in my water, at most, makes it taste like mineral water. I like the fact that I can easily carry this in my purse for my daily electrolyte needs.

This product is the only electrolyte that has been effective in reducing cramping due to hydration. It’s easy to use and very effective. My only complaint is the taste and easy to mask with some lemon juice.

I’ve been having a problem with chronic dehydration. I have to say that when I use this, I don’t have problems with my muscles, etc., when it happens. I ended up going to the doctor one day and he checked all of my levels and everything came back fine even though they hadn’t just a week before. I asked him if he thought it could be because of this product and he said it was very possible. He even took down the name of it! I do have to say two small negative things about it even though it’s not enough to take off a star. I think that it leaked out a little bit because it felt a little gritty on the outside. And as far as it’s saying that there’s no flavor, not true! It’s definitely salty. But if you have issues like me, it’s something you just need to put up with.

I waited a while to review this product because I really wanted to gauge its efficacy in my hydration routine. After using it for the past 3 months, I can solidly say it's a game changer for my hydration and energy needs.I weightlift 3-4x per week at fairly intense levels. Because of this, I often sweat and have trouble feeling hydrated, even when drinking water throughout my lifts. I'm not a gatorade fan due to the artificial flavors, so when I found this unflavored electrolyte product I can add to water easily?! I was sold.Taste-wise, it's great! It reminds me of Arrowhead spring water; mineral-y, but really not bad at all. I also appreciate using the low sodium version, as I feel I get enough salt from other areas of my diet.I don't use this daily for hydration; only after intense workouts or if it happens to be a day where I'm feeling really dehydrated despite drinking lots of water. Overall: excellent product!

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love this product. I've had muscle issues for a while now and Gatorade used to somewhat help, and I absolutely despised taking mag pills or even the powder... this stuff though? Few drops into.. literally whatever I'm drinking and bam. I'm golden.The issues, however, lies with the bottle itself. I'm not sure what causes it but every single one I've bought, and I've bought this 5x now.. but the bottle will eventually leak around the cap.I highly suggest y'all find a different bottle or something to put this into because it doesn't seem like it's a one time thing. I was giving it a few chances but it's happened again this last time.Excellent product, would rate it 5/5.. but the poor bottle design is like a 1.5/5.. hence my rating.

Excellent! The other product raised my blood pressure greatly. This low sodium version did not.

Eat part is that it delivers the electrolytes with no taste or aftertaste!
