Ideal for MMA
Really good shoe. A little on the narrow side but still wearable and very comfortable. Good grip on mats and good toe and side protection for Krav. Only downside is the sizing. I wear 6/6.5 running shoes and size 5 normal shoe - female. Originally got the UK mens 5/female 6.5. Could only just get them on but far too tight. Returned for UK mens 6/female 7.5 and fit perfectly. Returning previous pair was easy and no hassle with refund either - again very quick and easy.

They are quite different to trainers but work
The shoelaces had to be adjusted for my wide feet, but once on, the shoes are extremely comfortable - if you wear thin socks.For deadlifting it was like I was wearing no shoes at all, with plenty of feedback from the floor, and for leg pressing they work well.
