If you are hard on your phones this is an affordible solution. I have dropped my phone twice and crimped one shield between my truck tailgate. Each time they cracked or crazed but my phone screen was left undamaged. Witkeen charges around $7.50 a shield and you get 2 - one to use and 1 as a back-up. When I got my original IPhone 7 plus ATT talked me into buying a brand with a lifetime guarantee . It cost me over $40 but it broke as fast under the same useage as the Witkeen. And the screen sensitivity and clarity was at parity. The warranty is great. To get the replacement you report the breakage and they send you a replacement and a postage paid envelope to send the broken one back. I prefer to have a replacement shield on hand and just throw away the broken one. At $7.50 a shield I don’t feel as bad about breaking one. It could cost me more for the Witkeens in the long run but the convenience factor and uniterupted protection is far more important to me.

I've become the guy assigned the unwelcome task of putting glass screen savers on the family phones. While some screen savers employ adhesive tabs others might use plastic mounting frames that fit around the phone. The idea of course, is to ultimately end up with a screen saver that's properly aligned with the phone face. Neat ideas they never seem to work. With me, It's not unusual to run thru a couple of screens before winding up with something that fits just right. The folks at Witkeenn do include a second screen just in case you foul up the first. There video advert is most interesting.While the aforementioned video lets the buyer know that Japanese engineering has created a product that should begiven your consideration when a screen saver is required, the product is in fact, made in China. This may disappoint some but; it's a really non issue, and here's why. A well made paper box contains all of the items that are normally needed to affix a new screen saver to the glass phone face. So why buy this particular brand? There aren't any adhesive tabs or plastic alignment frames, just the instructions, cleaning, drying, dust removal packets and two glass screen savers. So what's the big deal? This screen saver went done the first time with perfect alignment. No wiggling or need to lift the screen saver off of the glass phone face. Beginners luck? Remember, I've been doing this for years. Overly long narrative aside, this is a screen saver is a no fuss no muss item that works the first time. As an added bonus Whitkeen makes a screen that adheres to the phone face. There are NO bubbles! It's a great product at an affordable price. I hope this has been helpful. Great product!

The installation was really simple and I did not have any problems in regards to air bubbles. I love the way the screen protector feels- there is almost no difference between my phone with and my phone without the screen protector. I was also able to fit my case on my phone without a problem. Hopefully I won’t be testing how it will protect my phone in case I drop it anytime soon, but I have high hopes that it will protect my screen.

Trust me just go through with buying this screen saver. This screen protector is amazing they send you two just Incase, but they go on so smooth no air bubbles as long as you make sure your screen is completely clean before applying the screen protecter. For the price I can’t believe the quality. Also just a tip make sure to lock in your warranty. The customer service is unbelievable they are so good so kind and are there for their customers. I have always bought this brand and won’t ever get any other. Give it a chance you’ll love it! I sound cheesy but I’m being so honest.

I have bought this product before. It easy to apply. But this time one of the screens was defective. The whole protector, around the edges, would not stick. It was one long bubble that stuff was getting under. I worked on it for over two hours and gave up and out the extra protector on. That one worked much better with no bubbles. I am disappointed that others had a similar experience. Other then that amazing product, hence why I come back for every phone!

UPDATED: These screens are actually pretty good, minimal finger prints or marks, hard to scratch, I haven't scratched one, and easy to clean. I paid $40 for one for my wife's phone, the company claimed it was the best and this product is a 100 time better!ORIGINAL: Overall I think this screen will work for most. Easy to install. I installed mine with no dust or bubbles but did have a issue with the edges lifting which visually doesn't work for one with OCD! You can barely see where it lifted but it's enough that I replaced with a different product!

Witkeen Defenslim screen protectors are my go to brand for protecting my screen from cracks during accidental drops. I love the fact that I can go everyday without having to worry about cracking my iPhone screen if I drop my phone. The downside is that aligning the screen protector just right is a little tricky if you aren’t very experienced with putting screen protectors on, but overall this is one of the best screen protectors I have owned. My last iPhone I went a whole year without the protector cracking, when it finally cracked i didn’t have a single crack in my actual phone screen. If you want great protection, Witkeen is the way to go.

The screen cover fits perfectly with my case. The package includes two wet and dry wipes, as well as a sticker to remove dust from the phone. This made the installation very easy. A second cover is included in case you mess up the installation of the first one, but I did not have to use it. I will keep it in case something happens to the current one. Also a big plus is that the edges of the protector a rounded, so it does not feel rough when your finger is at the edge of the screen.
