Thank you Green Steel for a really nice travel cup it is well made & I like the design. The handle makes it easy to carry & the lid snaps shut so no spills (unless you forget to snap it shut)! It keeps my tea hot for quite a while too! I am very happy with my purchase. They have great customer service if you need to contact them as well!

This little cup is absolutely perfect for my morning coffee. It’s a perfect one cup size, stays hot for hours, easy to hold especially if you have arthritic hands, and even has a little handle to carry from room to room or out to the car. I have found that the bad reviews about leakage are not logical; who turns a cup, with holes in the lid, upside down or sideways and shakes it? If you want leakproof, get a full seal top, not one with drink holes. … Just saying! Just male sure you correctly seal the top, not user error. The only issue I had is when the coffee stayed too hot for my mouth so I now put an ice cube in my cup before I pour my coffee into it. Not a bad problem to have.

Cup is decent except that it leaks a little bit if you put just a tiny little bit too much in it. I recommend you order it a little bigger. Otherwise it keeps the drink hot or cold for quite some time.

Keeps my coffee hot. The sip lid is like a Starbucks cup. I love it. The seal is great and hasn’t dripped a drop inside my bag. Easy to grab with one hand or use the solid carry loop. Make sure you open the sip part of the lid when tightening it. Then close the lid. It won’t leak. I carry it everywhere.

The media could not be loaded.  So I just got this cup yesterday. It is a cute little cup & I love the handle because my hands are always full. It fits in my car cupholder which is a plus for me. IT DOES NOT LEAK!!!!! Which is most definitely a big plus for me! I’d say my only complaint is that there is no rubber bottom so it does slide on a countertop.Also I typically make a 12oz cup of coffee with my Keurig, but this cup is 12oz so I’ll either have to use less creamer or make a 10oz cup from now on. But that is my fault for not taking that into consideration when I ordered it.As far as temperature goes, I usually sip my coffee slowly & about an hour and a half it was still warm but not hot which was perfect for me.If there are any future issues, I will update later.

Finding a great travel coffee mug is a constant challenge. I was really hoping that I had located a solution, but alas, it has failed the leak test miserably.The good:1. The mug is shorter than most with a larger diameter. They realized that increasing the diameter boosts the capacity dramatically (it's fun math if you are ever curious about the calculations). Even though it looks notably smaller, the volume is exactly the same as many of my much taller mugs!2. There is no rubber grip on the bottom. They realized that "sticky" bottom surfaces dramatically increase the tipping risk. And they are more difficult to clean and wear out over time. The metal-only base combined with the shorter, wider profile, likely makes this the most stable travel mug I have come across.3. The lid can be situated for full cleaning without disassembling.4. The rubber seal ring is designed to wedge between the lid and the mug rather than just a flat washer that sits on top. The design is good, and you can feel it engage as you tighten the lid.5. The handle was very well received by my wife, but locks firmly out of the way when not in use.6. The rubber oval that inserts into the sipping port is solid, not simply a hollow protrusion. It pushes in snugly, and looks like it will last well.It is evident that this mug was well designed (in the UK, I believe). Kudos to that team. Unfortunately, the manufacture of this mug was outsourced to our adversary, and, IMHO, that is where the failure entered. The material in the flap on the lid (and the lid in general) appear to have been minimized, and it compromises the entire product. The sealing of the lid depends heavily on the thickness of the flap and the rigidity of the hinge pivot point. Although the design is sound, no design can survive if the materials are compromised. In this case, the flap is too thin. It forms a weak point that simply will not last, which is very disappointing (and is kind of contrary to the green thing).In my case, I purchased two mugs. One lid is adequate for now. It has enough integrity to form a complete seal on the sipping port and the air vent hole. The second lid, however, is defective out of the package, which I would blame on the quality of the manufacturing outsource selected. The rubber plug attached to the flap for the vent hole is visibly malformed and has no hope of ever creating a proper seal.I will be contacting the manufacturer in hopes of resolving the situation, but I'm disappointed that there are not quality control measures in place that would make my additional effort unnecessary.Meanwhile, the perfect travel mug quest continues. This was so close!

Keeps drinks hot/cold for hours. Easy to clean. No issues with leaks, just dont overfill before putting the lid on. Sturdy.

It keeps my coffee warm for hours, is easy to fill, and clean (because large opening), it doesn't leak, and looks good. The handle is a nice plus (useful when my hands are full). And the coating (I chose the red one) looks good, and doesn't chip. I've put mine in the dishwasher without problem (but I never use the drying function). Great purchase!

It’s not a French press, but it excels in every other aspect I was looking for in a travel mug.Ease of Use: The mug is easy to clean and pleasant to drink from. The handle makes it convenient to carry around, and the lid design ensures that it’s leak-proof.Room for Improvement: Honestly, I can't think of any significant improvements. The mug performs exceptionally well in all areas, from insulation to ease of use. It’s also reasonably priced, making it a great value for the quality it offers.In summary, the Greens Steel Reusable Coffee Cup is a reliable and versatile travel mug that I would recommend to anyone. It keeps drinks at the desired temperature for extended periods, is easy to use and clean, and is built to last.
