Q: How much weight do these hangers hold? I need a heavy duty hangerto hang a shoe organizer of about 30 shoes.

Hi. Each of this hanger can hold at least 15lbs. Of weight or could be more. These hangers are stainless steel. Just to play safe, double the use of the hanger if you think it is sturdy enough to hold the shoe organizer. Thanks for the inquiry.

The description says stainless steel with chrome finish. Sorry I’m not going to cut one down or sand off the finish to figure out what it is. I just know that I needed a heavy hanger and it works great. If you’re concerned about rust then maybe you should get a plastic hanger.
