I bought this "butter knife" out of curiosity, but discovered this is a "where have you been" purchase. As a butter knife it is excellent as it makes it easy to quickly butter an entire slice of toast, a side of English muffin, or side of bagel evenly, and with less butter. Same for jelly, preserves, mayo, or whatever. As a matter of fact, this item proved so popular, I bought a second one.

Great product. I'm just a plain ol' person who cuts and chops--not even close to being professional. I just buy new ones every few years. Love the sheaths! They keep my drawers safe.

Very sharp knives. Love the sheaths for safety. My only complaint is that they are now starting to rust in spots.
