I had to return the items because this whole mess of cutting out the chip from the spent cartridges and putting them in the replacement ones was awkward and difficult. I finally dropped one of the chips I was transferring and it disappeared into the floor. That's when I just started the return process. I now know why the price was so low. The cartridges had no chips of their own! That info should have been displayed in the initial ad (if it was - I sure didn't see that.)

For the life of me, I can’t figure out how to install the chip from my old HP cartridge. I also struggled to get the old chip out of the HP cartridge. Customer support phone doesn’t work and YouTube video doesn’t help.I give up. They’re going in the trash.

To use this product you must remove a “chip” they give you tools and instructions, but this is no easy task. I am a skilled individual and this was a task that I was not able to complete without damaging the chip
