Sonos Move, Lunar White

This is the second pair of these I’ve bought, the first were black but these white ones look so much better,The sound is excellent especially when playing the two in stereo however, stereo only available when streaming via internet, not when using Bluetooth. Although classed as portable due to being powered by battery they are really rugged bookshelf speakers without the cables.These Move 1s have been superseded by Move 2s which are meant to be even better however, at nearly £400 a pair below the laters cost these are well worth buying.

I upgraded from sonos one to sonos move and its such an improvement. Yes you can simply pick it up and take it with you around the house which is already a huge benefit. But it's also splash resistant and the mic is used to scan the room size and adjust the sound so even one sonos move fills any size room and it sounds great.

Bought for my husband’s Christmas present t and he loves it. We have other Sonos speakers and this one is a great addition. Quality we’d expect of Sonos, not disappointed.

Really quite like it, apart from some sync issues sometimes with devices: for example it'll be playing a different part of the music than shown on my phone. Also sometimes it oddly seem to disconnect, and sometime had some issue reconnecting from my phone. I found the sound quality great, and of course the portability is really handy.

I've had two Sonos Play 5 systems for over 8 years. Loved them - never any issues.This box was another story. I've got quite some experience with these systems, and even I found this an absolute pig to setup. It needs the Sonos S2 app, but even after I finally I got it added, and upgraded, I couldn't make contact anymore. Ended up resetting to factory default to get it going again, and even then it wasn't very stable.The idea behind this thing is not bad: it support Wifi and Bluetooth, so it can integrate with your other Sonos systems, and/or it can be 'just' a bluetooth speaker. But then.... it can't do both WiFi and Buetooth. When you put in on Bluetooth, the app doesn't work, because that only works when it's on WiFi mode. WHY?Sound is great and with the equalizer you tune it better. Battery life was quite good too.It just feels it needs a software update to make it more mature and stable.It's BIG and HEAVY though! It's a LOT bigger than the One. Even though I got the lovely 'Hard Eva Travel Case for Sonos Move' it's still uneasy to carry this to....where would you carry such an expensive device??My conclusion: unless you have a lot of Sonos and you want to integrate this in your existing Sonos system, I would get a cheaper, simpler Bluetooth speaker.I've sent it back. Arrived quickly very good quality.

What a product!! Once again never let down by Sonos. Had a few minor issues with the initial set up, however think that was down to myself rather than the product.Really impressed with the battery life. Had this speaker playing all day and the battery was still 40% when I took it in to charge at night.As for portability, around the house its perfect and days out where you might be using the car to take you there. A bit big for a rucksack or luggage.If portability is your thing, have a look at the Sonos Roam.Overall I'm really happy with this purchase.

OK.... so the lesson here is simple. You can buy a cheap speaker and it will sound OK. It will break or stop working within a few weeks.... but hey....for the cost of this Sonos you could buy 50. However..... if you want the best outdoor speaker on the market.... one that works especially well with Apple.... but also very well with Android, then the SONOS Move is it. The whole Sonos eco system will eventually bankrupt you.. but it works, sound is phenomenal and they are made beautifully. Recommend the white ones.... but that is taste. As you get older you realise that buying cheap anythibgbis a very false economy and always comes back to bite you. If you can afford it, and I know sadly not everyone can, recommend this and the rest of the Sonos products without qualification. Fabulous.

Sooooo gooood! So happy with this buy.Changed a bit from my previous big jambox by jawbone, as this one isn’t stereo , but the sound quality is really astonishing.It’s powerful. It’s so easy to use, I’m enjoying the smart aspect of it with Google and Spotify, both connected “ok Google play playlist A”. It’s really the best, ans it look so good.Only minus is it’s weight, it’s pretty heavy and I don’t move with it , but I also don’t need to move it, and it’s always charged thanks to its base.100% recommended

I like a lot. I take it on boats, camping and at home. Loud and clear sound. It has some weight to it but not too much.

It’s grey, not white as advertised and seems to be an old model
