The photo and description talk about being thicker and stronger than other brands. Their photo looks like full thick foam although the actual product does not look like the photo. It looks like the walmart brand.

I purchased an inexpensive IKEA area rug that is placed in front of my desk and every time I got in or out of the chair, the rug bunched. This pad solved the problem without adding unneeded bulk or thickness to the rug. Recommended.

I bought this to put under a new area rug on a hardwood floor. It has great grip without 'sticking' or leaving a mark on the hardwood. Keeps the rug in place with dogs running all over. Very happy with my purchase.

I did nor buy this for it's intended use. The mattress kept sliding on the metal bed frame. So I put it under the mattress and it worked!
