Great customer service
This is a perfect little badge for a lady on her 90th birthday, far nicer than many others I saw.I ordered this with plenty of time, but unfortunately Royal mail let us down. The seller was so helpful when it didn't arrive and refunded the item immediately. The badge arrived the following day, literally as we were leaving for the 90th party. As it was such a pretty badge I really wanted to keep it and asked the seller if I could pay for it again as the refund had already gone through. They kindly offered for me just to keep it anyway, which although only a small item was very generous. So if you want any items from this seller, I would highly recommend, for both quality of products and great customer service!
