My daughter is 12 years old about 85-90 lbs. She wears 14-16 in girls and size 5 (little big) in women's.I ordered these panties in a small and she needs the size up so they fit comfortably. She is wearing the small right now but will order the medium size for her.She hasn't complained or said anything about the liner. She has been wearing them the past two days and she nor I can hear anything from the liner. She loves them.

These are great!!! My daughter starting her period of the first time we had no clue what her flow would be like. I looked into these underwear just to help with the leaking that she was experiencing and man these are GREAT a life safe for sure. She does get some leaking from her pad if she doesn't put it on, and the underwear catches a lot. before it soaks through her clothes. there are GREAT!!Highly Recommend!!

Awesome product! I wish they had them when I first started my period!My daughter is 10, she's about 5'2 and 95lbs. She's very tall and slim built but has a little meat on her and a size Small fit her perfectly. They didn't shrink much in the dryer, about the same as any other style/Brand panty.

My daughter wears this since she is at the age that she will start any day.Well today was that day and I was so thankful she had these on. I know these are a backup for pads and tampons in case of overflow but she had them as a “just in case”. She had a good flow and it all stayed in. Not a single spot came through so she didn’t have any embarrassing situations.I went ahead and just purchased the next size up for her too.She of course will be using them with the feminine products now but still. Definitely worth the purchase and I’m telling my friends about them that have young daughters.

These worked well for leakage but mostly because of the waterproof lining not because they were especially absorbent. I use them with a mini pad inside, just in case, and prevents stains. I don’t think I’ll buy again

Bought extra small for my size 0 tween. I like that she can be confident that she will not leak onto her clothes and that she will have a freedom I didn't have when I was her age. What I don't like is I still have to scrub them clean and I was hoping to not have to do that. :(

Bought these for my 13-year-old daughter to offer a little extra backup protection against embarrassments at school, sleepovers, camp, etc. I already knew these are not actual period underwear like Thinx or RubyLove, but we at least hoped they'd catch the stray light leak as promised. Nope. Leaked right through the edges of the crotch area, which basically defeats the entire purpose of them. I guess it may be worth it after all to spend the bucks on the nicer name-brand pairs. Bummer.
