Originally I was skeptical of the size chart and ordered a M/L but it was just too small around the hips but I loved the feel and compression of the product. I double checked the size chart and figured I would trust the measurements this time and order the XL/2XL. Perfect fit! The fabric is smooth and flat enough not to show through other clothes. The removable straps are perfect for the summer time. I feel great compression around my waist without compromising the fit around my hips and butt. No matter what your normal size is, follow the size chart and you’ll be good!

I have several various Spanx and this is by far the best. First the straps, whoever thought of this needs the Nobel Prize. You can criss cross them too for racer back.. Prevents rolling and bunching for sure. Also, the partial boning helps keep it flat for your top roll and bra fat. The length is great, covers half of my bra in the back, and I could probably get it to go higher if I wanted. Also, if you need more length, just buy bra extenders and ad to the crotch. I wear it everyday so I also wear panties underneath so I dont have to wash it daily. Also put your bra on first. Only reason not 5 stars is the pooch area is like a regular panty, so if u have a pooch, it won't suck it in like it does your stomach. Secondly, size down. I'm 5'6, 205lbs, 40D and fairly proportional in weight distribution and I ordered XL/XXL. This is slightly too big, but works, and I ordered the beige one in M/L. They are Spanx, so you want them to be tight. Also if you have huge hips, because the crotch is removable just slip it over your head.

Pros- it goes on easy, its comfortable around the stomach, you can breath and move and it does hold your stomach together given the right placement.Cons- okay so the part I expected alot because I was expecting it to breathable and stretchable but boy this thing was so tight it literally was cutting into my private areas and right above my butt was extremely tight like uncomfortable tight, and the straps although they are good to have for no slip downs would irritate me greatly on my armpit and shoulders. there are two kind of wires on it that if u lay on ur side can get stabby. On the stomach part my goal was the help my lower stomach mostly but I had to consistently move the tummy part to cover that area otherwise it would buldge out and have an indention between my rolls rather then smoothing it out and also indented my sides as shown in picture.I am 5"0 and 150 pounds.

The bones do not stab, they are flexible. The overall length of the shapewear itself is great. Love the thong. Flattering. The control panty is easy to undo. Great tummy control. Quality material. The shoulder straps are adjustable and removable. I was unsure about the placement of the shoulder straps before ordering, but they are one of my favorite parts about this shapewear. I have now bought two and will be buying more! Beats the Sunzel brand shaper I bought by a long shot.Shapewear was exactly as advertised. In love.Highly recommended! Great Shapewear.

This "device" was a hilarious prop in a little, private freak show I had with myself in my room. First of all it was way too small; but I thought I'd give it a try anyway since I wanted to smush everything in the first place. So I shimmied myself into it, stuffing and packing things in. The photo of it when I was originally shopping for it looked like it was shorts but that was deceiving - the model was wearing some kind of boy shorts underwear under it must be. Anyway, this sausage casing undergarment is a g string - and with the amount of pressure packed into it - the thong on this gets buried in the continental divide, front and back pretty deep. Beware, that's a bit painful - and who knows might cause an UTI. But I got it on and looked in the mirror - boy, did I ever get to laughing at the sight of it all. There was no hiding of body imperfections- there was just a big roll of those imperfections transferred to the top of this shaper and overflowing up there. Then I really cracked up when I went to escape from it and to do so I had to pull and tug and roll it down. And as I was putting all this effort into getting out of it I truly looked like a tube of biscuits exploding out of the can, as white bread dough oozed out of this crazy contraption. So yah I returned it but I'm thankful for the adventure and great story.
