Good product, works as expected. It's nice to be able to continue to use the printer without the high cost of the "name brand" replacement ink. First purchase of this particular product as we just got the printer. So far it's just as good as the one that came with the printer. The best part of these cartridges are filled to the XL version for less than half the cost of the printer branded ink and it works just as well. More prints for less money.If you have an issue with these tanks keep in mind even the on brand version will be defective from time to time.The only way to do it cheaper ( long term ) is to buy a chip resetter, ink, and syringes to refill your own cartridges yourself.Affordable convenience that performs as well as the manufacturer's version!

I ordered two sets of these, as I go through a lot of ink. They were supposed to have a new chip, to accommodate Epson's latest (involuntary) update. Nope, nada, nothing printed. I contacted the seller but never heard back. Thinking that maybe I got an old product, I opened the second of the two sets and switched out the black cartridges. Still nothing. The only good thing was that Amazon's customer service was very responsive and refunded my money.

Changed the print cartridges and thought everything was fine. But, when I let the printer sit for a while, 2-3 weeks, the print heads get clogged up and I have to run the cleaning program several times before I can print what I want.If you are going to print non-stop, sure these are fine, but if you only print once in a while then they suck!

I bought two boxes because I go through a lot of ink. The first box did great. No problems at all. The 2nd however is a different story. Changed the black cartridge out and I can't get it to print right at all. I've done all the maintenance to try and see if that would work but no luck. I even tried turning it off and on again. Nothing...frustrating!

The Black cartridge was not recognized. The printer will only work if all cartridges are recognized. There is no way to directly contact the seller.

When I got to use the cartridges I discovered that my printer did not recognize them. Wasted money opening each package to try them, the only color that successfully worked for my printer was the black.Very disappointed. will not buy again.Only reason for 2 stars is the price.

I bought these expecting themTo work as well. The name brand(Epson) cartridges. After installing them, doing nozzle and head cleanings and everything I could, these will stillNot print clear, legible pages and the tint is not what typically is. DO NOT BUY

My printer would not recognize the cartridges so I threw them in the garbage and bought a new printer from HP
