This is the Spanish version of one of my very favorite stories. It is a lesson about the progression of love throughout the lifetimes of a son and his mother. I read this story to my classes every year for decades, always ending with tears in my eyes by the end of the story. It was one of the stories that my students asked me to re-read to them several times each the school year. I am glad to see this Spanish version. This is a book that should be translated into as many languages as possible. I purchased this book for a very special bilingual child. If you have an important Spanish-speaking child in your life, please consider purchasing this book for him or her. It would also be a good book for you to donate to a school, shelter, or library.Perdoneme mi espanol malo. Este es una de las cuentas mas bonitas que he leido a mis estudiantes durante muchos anos. Es una cuenta del amo entre un hijo y su mama durante la vida del hijo. Tiene un mesaje importante para todos de los ninos. Espero que todos los ninos pueden oir, y leer, este libro. Compralo para un nino importante, o darlo a una escuela, biblioteca, o shelter.

I LOVE THIS BOOK! I purchased this for a friend's baby shower. The first time I read this book was the english version "LOVE YOU FOREVER". I cried like a little girl. I recommend this for any new mom or mom-to-be.

Hermoso libro, se lo regale a mi madre y las dos lloramos. Yo conocía la version en ingles pero la verdad que fue una belleza verlo en español. Buen regalo de día de las madres o para una nueva mama.

Este libro precioso me trajo los más bellos recuerdos que tuve de la infancia de mi hijo (ahora adulto), cuando aprendió a escribir y me envió una nota con la rima que cantaba esta mamá a su bebé! Nunca pude tener el libro físico en español, y al verlo ahora me hizo llorar de felicidad. Es un libro pequeño pero hermoso que tiene un mensaje inolvidable para una mamá y su hijo. Es un tesoro que daré a mi hijo, ahora que ya pasaron tantos años sin verlo y está tan lejos. Espero que lo lo reciba en estos tiempos difíciles de crisis mundial. Amo este libro de todo corazón!

Excellent Spanish translation

Este libro salía en un capítulo de Friends y es por algo. Es un clásico y es precioso. Si quieres regalarle algo a un padre o madre reciente, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Los dibujos son los originales del libro ingles. Me encantan. La historia es para llorar. Tan carinosa.. Cualquier se va a enamorar en este libro. Lo he regalado a amigos mios que recien han sido padres. Les encanta!
