Q: What is the spacing of the rings? I have 3-on-a-page checks but with 9 holes, not 7. Will this binder work for these kinds of checks?

No. Won't be compatible. Don't order this. Order the Standard 9 holes ones. Suggestion: Order checks from Walmart and cost will be very low.

The shorter dimension is the "spine" with the rings, so the 13 would be the landscape portfolio. It really is a very nice and sturdy checkbook holder, with a zipper completely around it.

Q: Does it come with the vinyl sheet for duplicate checks?

I don’t know if it’s vinyl but it does come with a sheet for duo checks.
