Love this lamp. Couldn't decide where I wanted it more--office or spare bedroom. The office already had lamps with mica shades, but the spare bedroom really needed something unique. The bulb that came with it was a little harsh, but I replaced it with a softer bulb and it looks fantastic in our boho-style guest room.

Beautiful lamp. Only annoyance is that the switch is on the cord, but other than that, GREAT LAMP. I really like it. Looks great.

Did not want a lamp that was too bright I put it on a beautiful chest in my hallway .Enough lighting to guide my way at night love the amber color could not be more pleased!!

This lamp was $40 when I first saw it. Then when I came back to purchase it, It was more than double the price. No way I'm paying 100 bucks for a table lamp. Amazon has great deals if you take the time to just scroll down a smidge, and see if there is a used one available. Luckily there was, and it was $35. Other than the price, its a great looking lamp. Looks antique.

I love it! This lamp is perfect for my home office. I wish it had an on off switch on the lamp instead of the cord switch, but I’m very happy with it overall.

This is a fine decorative item, but has to be pulled directly underneath reading material. Looks great in my study on writing desk.

Although a nice lamp, it was awkward to put together. Pieces don’t fit well. Everything is just slightly “off” so no matter how you push, pull or twist something it makes something else seem wrong. The amber light effect is nice but again due to the awkward angle of the neck piece the shade sits oddly angled so the light is cast down and back instead of down and forward as it should be. As long as this isn’t expected to be a main source of light and treated as just an accent piece, it’s fine..

I love the overall look of the lamp in the pictures but was disappointed in the quality when it arrives. It is not finished very well. The dome is not rounded smoothly but instead it is flattened in parts which takes away from its overall appearance, especially when the light is not turned on, it can be quite noticeable. The black frame that runs through the middle has bumps and is not smooth. It's seems they did not sand it very well prior to painting. Finally, the location of the on/off switch is terrible. Who wants to reach behind a table or piano to locate the switch that is approximately 18 - 24 inches or more away from the base. Poor design.
