Fantastic water flosser. First time using one. Really impressed. Lots of accessories ( 5 different tips, carry bag which comes in handy if you are taking flosser on a trip). Holds 10 oz of water which is plenty. If that compartment were any bigger the flosser would be too big to comfortably hold in your hand. But as it is it is just perfect. Also has handy grip type material on back/top of flosser that enhances the grip. Really straight forward and easy to use. So why only 4 stars? I like everything about the flosser except for the fact I have to charge it on my computer, usb, etc. I thought they could have included an actual plug/electrical charger, etc. Other than that (which I will say is a small inconvenience in the big scheme of things) I love it. Would still buy it again because non of the other flossers were any different with the usb charging.

One thing I like is that you don't have to charge it often-it hold a charge for a really long time. I was expecting it to be just average but this thing is really amazing. You can fill it without separating the 2 pieces. I like that it has several speeds and the way the manual cautions you to start out on the softest speed. I have Invisalign and to get your teeth shifting the Dentist put larger spaces between my teeth. This means food gets lodged every time I eat. So this water flosser gets all that's lodged in between those spaces.I prefer this flosser over string flossing because your whole mouth feels clean and refreshed. Also, the Invisalign can be tight and at the end of a day, you really feel it. On those days I use cold water in the flosser and my teeth and gums feel so much better.It has a nice black drawstring case which I store it in instead of leaving it on the counter. You don't have to take it apart to put it in the bag and that makes it amazing because you just select your nozzle and floss.If I had to rate it I would give it a 10 because its sleek, cordless, and has that case that allows me to put it away and to travel with it.Buy it!

I recently gave this to my daughter and she is thrilled she had a battery-operated dental flosser before but nothing like this one is rechargeable and thoroughly clean, she said her mouth feels so fresh and her teeth are noticeably whiter. She is so happy with it and can’t wait for her dentist to notice the improvement at her next visit. Wonderful product, now I have to go and get one for myself.

I really liked the Joofo flosser design and large capacity, until the battery gave out after 17 days and I had to return it. Luckily it was still under warranty, and it's good to keep all parts and packing until after the warranty expires, especially with lower-cost electronics. UPDATE: This problem was a blessing in disguise, because for $8 more I found a model with the same large 320 ml (10.8 fl oz) capacity, and these improved features: • much more detailed use instructions; • an adapter to connect the USB cord to a wall socket; • a separate cover for the charging port that does not come loose, and a spare; • an extra speed to choose from. Instructions suggest keeping the unit plugged in except when using it (which may have helped the Joofo battery performance).

I was not used to it for the first time. I don't know how to point the water at the teeth, so I don't feel very good. I used it a few times later, knowing how to use it. It really feels very comfortable. The water is very cool on the teeth, and the wash is very clean!

My only problem was that it would not pump water into the tip. After looking closer, I found the water suction hose to be split at the point it is slide over the tube going to the pump. After trimming approximately 1/8 inch of of hose and reattaching it, the problem was solved. At this time the item is working well. I would have rated it a five had I not have to repair it to use it.

this is much easier than I imagined. i thought clean teeth is a really difficult thing. this product changed my mind. and the price is really nice. everyone worth to got one. system was easy to set up after reading the instructions just for a minute. Comes with charger and extra tips so that multiple people in family can use it. The water tank is smaller which is good compared to big flosser where u need two hands to handle it. It doesnt leak water while using and still can be operated with one hand. The carrying bag is supportive during travel or to store the system while not in use. The three operating moods are good to use as u require either soft or strong flush.

Update: after about 5 weeks the buttons stopped working. It turns on by itself spraying water everywhere if there is liquid in the chamber. Original review: This thing has made my life and oral hygiene so much better! I’m so glad I ran across this offer on amazon!
