This tire does have a tube and it is pneumatic. It is sold as a complete unit and is ready to use out of the box. Q: What is the outside diameter of the bearings?

It is 35mm outside diameter. The bearing is a 6202 bearing and dimensions and replacements are readily available on Amazon. Thanks for your interest!

If it takes big wheels it should work. I bought mine for a big wheel rubber maid cart. I would recommend buying the axle that is suggested. I don’t and had problems getting the wheels on and off.
