I feel that I am calmer and better at dealing with stress and anxiety when I take magnesium consistently. I had tried a different brand b4 but did not get the same results. Will buy this again.

I take higher than the recommended dosage; as directed by my doctor for extra help with chronic constipation. I like that you supply all 500 mg in one capsule; making larger dose's easier to take.
