Barley needs to be rinsed before cooking for 60 minutes, 1 part barley to 3 of water. It is a great addition to bread and baking, as well as soups, rice, and chopped vegetables.

DONT BUY THIS!!!!!
Very dissapointed. I received this product just now and go to see there are so many insect inside when I open it. And one more thing they said it always comes in a fresh packed. And if you buy this you cannot return it back.
