I use this every other day for my head/hair. As a cosmetologist and experience in clippers, these are okay.I definitely prefer metal blades. The plastic on these ones, something about it isn't right. I have to keep passing over the same spots multiple times.For the price, they are good for what they are. I still would get better ones.

I don't think it's the ideal, or best clipper I have ever used in my life but it does what it's supposed to do, does so pretty quietly and seems better quality to me than a few Wahl clippers I have owned. I am not a huge fan of the adjustable height of the cutter head (mainly because I only use a clipper when I want to get as close as possible) and I don't think the lowest setting is quite low enough but it does what I need it to do. I was initially baffled because it turned itself off a few minutes after I started using it and it wouldn't turn back on while the battery said 99. But I eventually figured out that there was a little red lock indicator and so I held the button down for like 10 seconds and it unlocked. It's happened again (turned itself off and locked) when I was using it but now I know how to deal with it. There are really no detailed instructions so I don't know why it does this -- I suspect it's after prolonged use because it's probably designed to be used quickly, just trimming around edges.I use a clipper as a quick, lazy shave of my entire face which I know is still gonna leave a visible stubble but that's fine most days and I have another razor I use if I need to look clean. This clipper definitely does the trick but it still takes a few minutes of continuous use. As a note, the instructions do say not to shave backwards (upside down against the grain of the hair) because it can damage the head. When I read it, I thought that would definitely be a problem but it cuts well enough in the one direction that flipping it over isn't necessary.Overall, I think it's pretty good choice for a clipper and I would recommend.

Hair clipper was designed well, was packed well, and came quickly. Battery came fully charged and the clipper used up only 8% of its charge during first use. Gave a good haircut despite an overdue need for one. Maybe best, it is so easy to use for trimming one's own sideburns that I plan to use it every couple of weeks to keep myself looking well- groomed at all times-- not just right after a haircut.

I usually buy my trimmers from places like Ross or Marshalls for a price similar to this... This actually performs much better than similar products I've purchased in the past from brands like Norelco and Wahl. Battery lasts longer than average, plus it has a readout which gives a numeric value of how much battery life is remaining, and it cuts hair with ease in just one pass.

Hey for $20, all the hair cutters (V19) closed, these worked great. I gave myself a crew cut fairly easy using two mirrors. Warning dont do this stoned@!#.

Until now, I'm very happy with this clipper. The price is even less than what you will pay for a single haircut !!!I will update this review if anything happens, but now all is good.

I bought this because the CoronaVirus plague resulted in the shutdown of all barbershops in Denver. After it arrived, my fiancee watched how to give a haircut on YouTube, and then gave me one (out on the back yard lawn). The results were very acceptable. The clippers handles very nicely, and does an excellent job. We haven't had it long enough to know about battery life, but everything else is about as good as I can imagine it being.

Everything about this product gets an A+ in my book. Battery life is insane. The trimmer has enough power to tackle thick facial hair without yanking or pulling hair (which is super uncomfortable and annoying). Very happy with this purchase.
