Good product
Good flavor and they work and keeping your mouth from drying out too much. Slight heat from cinnamon, not too hot, though.

Really like this brand.
These are really good. I love the flavor, that they are sugar free. There is another brand that has the same flavor and you get more for the money, but I like these slightly better. One star off for costing more.

Addicted!
As others have noted, I am addicted to these (the cinnamon flavor)! Wasn’t sure I liked them at first now love them, eat several each night after brushing teeth/before bed. They are so yummy! You also get a ton of them in the container! They do have a mild hot-ness to them but nothing major. Want to try the lemon & peppermint ones too. Highly recommend!

Really works well for gum health!
I saw a marked difference in my gum health after dissolving these mints after every meal. My gums stopped bleeding after I brushed my teeth after using them consistently for 30 days! Well, worth the money and effort to simply suck on 1 after every meal! And they taste great too! Cinnamon also helps to curb appetite in between mealtimes as well!

Moderate cinnamon taste , with 0.5gm xylitol.
I recently received samples of sugarless cinnamon-flavored mints distributed by Xyloburst, Epic, Spry, and Altoids. The tiny Altoids had a strong Cinnamon taste: perhaps too strong for some. The others had a moderate cinnamon taste, and xylitol, rather the sorbitol in the Altoids: less effective in inhibiting cavities. The Xyloburst and Spry have 0.5gm xylitol, while Epic has 1 mg: the same as in it's gums. Remembering that experiments indicate that you typically need at least 6gm xylitol/day to get good inhibition of cavities, if you typically eat a dozen or so a day, your Xyloburst or Spry mints should be adequate. If you typically eat only a few mints/day, better go for the Epics. Remember to distribute them throughout the day! These various brands all cost 4-5c/mint. Careful! Even one is very toxic to your dog or cat, and they may die! Xylitol quickly makes them hypoglycemic by stimulating insulin release. Luckily, this doesn't happen in us humans! You might want to further stimulate salivation by gently biting down on your tongue, to aid in the distribution of the xylitol and to further inhibit the bad bacteria.

Lasting
Nice mints but they do not last that long. If you suck them or put them in under your lip, they last maybe 15 minutes. They aren't to hot like most cinnamon mints are. I like hot, but the flavor is okay.

Great for keto
I ordered these to replace a different mint I use at work to keep my mouth fresh. I am currently on a keto diet so I ordered these. They are a great replacement.
